I’ve trusted Little Falls Auto Service with both my car and my wife’s, and they’ve been nothing short of excellent. Recently, they replaced the brakes and all four tires on my wife’s car—fast, efficient, and with outstanding customer service. The team is friendly, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. One thing that really stood out was their complimentary pickup service. When my wife had no way to get to the shop, they sent someone to pick her up so she could collect her car—such a helpful and thoughtful gesture. Another mechanic who assumes young women are car ignorant and easy money. I took my car here to get my an alignment after getting new tires. I was told that my tie rods were so rusted from years of no service (I had gotten my tires rotated and wheels aligned within the last 18 months) and that in order to align I would need to replace all of my tie rods for thousands of dollars. They made no effort to use penetrating oil or heat. They also performed a multi-point inspection which claimed a myriad of other issues with the car including needing new spark plugs (which had been replaced in the last year) and needing new air filters (which had been changed in the last month). In the end, I took my car to Mavis and they had no issues aligning my wheels. Don’t recommend (especially if you’re a woman).

My experience with Little Falls Auto was great! The staff was phenomenal to say the least. Professionals par excellence! I wish I had found this place years ago. After repairs and oil change my car runs great. I’ve found the perfect place to bring my car for all my service needs. And Gary doesn’t try to rip you off for your money! In business you must make money to exist but he’s not greedy that’s why there are always plenty of cars waiting for service. Great job ,fair prices ,and excellent customer service. I can’t say enough good things about Little Falls Auto Service. After being told by another shop that my Jeep might need a new engine, I brought my car here for a second opinion. DO NOT GO HERE. I never write reviews but had to warn the public. This place does not care about you or your car, just how much money they can extract from you. Dealer prices for lower quality parts. Brought it down the street and showed them the inspection I received from Little Falls Auto and they told me most repairs and services were not needed. Go to Main Street Automotive instead, at least they are honest.

Very disappointing experience. I was quoted $500 just to change spark plugs on my F-150. They also wanted $2,500 for front struts, $500 for sway bar links, and $1,400 just to replace a muffler and pipe. These prices are way above normal and feel like they’re taking advantage of people who don’t know better. Parts they quoted at huge markups can easily be found online for a fraction of the cost. Overall, it felt more like an upsell operation than a shop trying to help customers.

Been coming to this place for years, I thought their prices were fair until they charged me almost 900$ to change a side mirror on a 2007 honda accord... I confirmed that number with them 3 times and they REQUIRED me to get a factory OEM part for it. No matter how you spin it, even if the part was 300$+ there was no way labor for it was worth 500$+ when I could do it myself with a 40$ part with a 10 minute fix. A few months ago, I had an engine oil leak and was quoted 2200+$ for the fix, and now I'm just questioning just how much they've been overcharging me all this time. It's my fault for not knowing any better for using their services but I am deeply dissapointed and will not be coming back here again. They will take advantage of you for your ignorance. DO NOT GO HERE.

I have visited Little Falls Auto Service to have my vehicle's oil changed earlier this year. Today, I bought in my vehicle to have it looked at since I noticed a few issues and wanted to find out what was going on with my vehicle. Pat said he would run a diagnostic on my vehicle. I left my vehicle at the shop and received several phone calls from Pat in regards to what will be done with my vehicle. He mentioned that I was due for an oil change and a tire rotation. Little Falls Auto Service is an excellent shop! 100% happy with the service they provided. I’ve been there a few times and always had a great experience. This time, I brought my car there to have a wheel bearing fixed and have the rest of the car looked over because it’s coming up on 14 years old. I wanted to know if any issues or problems that might be present. Pat, the manager, was awesome. He kept me updated on the repair so there were no surprises. The repair was perfect and done within the same day. The mechanics gave the whole car a good look over and we’re honest in saying that everything looked pretty good and let me know about some upcoming maintenance in the future that I should be aware of. They did not try to push any sales or work, just very honest and open about what they saw. I appreciate that a lot from a shop, I feel that honesty and integrity is hard to find sometimes when working with auto shops. Overall, great experience I would 100% recommend them.
