My car had really bad damages on the driver side of the door and bunch of scratches and minor knicks around the car. I was referred to LMG through a friend. Had an accident with my car and my friend referred and gave me the contact info to LMG Auto Works in RI. Called them and sent them pictures of the damages on my car. Didn’t have to drive my car to RI, they came up and picked it up which was super convenient, accommodating and nice. They also gave me a rental car as well so I didn’t have to go through a rental company which was nice. Got the car back and it looked so brand new and got that new car smell again! They also detailed the car for you too which was nice also! Definitely recommend LMG Auto Works if you get into an accident or need some detailing done. 5 stars does not do it justice, would be an infinity rating since everything came out so well and service was outstanding!

I trust and would go back 100% They made sure I got a rental car through them, which took a huge weight off my shoulders during a stressful time. Wow—what great service! This is my second time using LMG Auto Works, and they truly are the best. This time I brought my dad’s car in after his accident, and Shawn was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He helped us from beginning to end and went above and beyond, even communicating with the insurance company when we couldn’t get a hold of them. He took care of everything, including the rental car. Thank you to Shawn and Keith for taking such amazing care of my car and going above and beyond! I had a dent on the body line which Shawn said that he could fix no problem given that the material was aluminum.
