Excellent job Road Runner Trailers, my trailer was Damaged in an Accident and when my insurance company made the funds available, I responded to this location. I met with the service manager, Brian Sosa and he was very professional, took videos and pictures of my Trailer and told me he would get back to me with an estimate. Brian Sosa‘s communication was Exceptional and on point. He came back to me with an estimate that was even better than my insurance company. I made the decision to get my trailer fixed here, so I paid for the parts and when the parts were ordered and delivered, Brian Sosa was on the phone with me, Immediately, letting me know. Brian Sosa picked up the phone every time that I called him and that tells me allot. I was given a date to drop off Trailer and Brian Sosa told me two days and my Goodness , it was completely done in two days and all my concerns were addressed. That was very impressive, Thats How You Run a Successful Business. I own and operate my own business and I could not have a lot of downtime. Thank You So Much for an Excellent job !!!
