A limit on the amount of gas you can put in your vehicle? Sad. I will never stop at another Loaf'N Jug. I'd rather run out of gas and walk than buy gas from a business that has a limit.

Yikes this place needs to rethink its managers! Stopped in on my way to work to pick up a few drinks manager was on the phone complaining about the hours she works, cursing up a storm. Stopped long enough to help me however there signs were mislabeled when I tried to explain to her what I saw she didn’t care nor would take the time to check. Guess I’ll be going to the Kum & go across the way instead.

Had my card information stolen here. Would write it off as coincidence, but this is the 3rd or 4th time for my family, so it would seem, to have the card information taken after using this gas station. Really unfortunate since it is so convenient.

The facility is pretty clean, and all of the staff I have encountered here have been welcoming and friendly. They do money orders, and good/inexpensive breakfast pizza! Very convenient location.

The employees in this store are downright rude and nasty. I've been going here regularly for the past 6 years and the employee turnover just keeps bringing in more ill-mannered and discourteous people. My interaction with these people today was the last straw. I'll be going elsewhere from now on.

Very shady. Charged me $18.00 for $17.16 worth of gas. My finance's bank statement said he was overcharged as well. He got about $23 worth of gas but was charged $24.75. I will not be returning. I wish I had gotten a receipt so I could fight this.

I bought f'real mango smoothie and on my home i read on the cup that BEST BY: 09/28/2017. IT is 10/06/217 today. I called the gas station and talked to johnny. He put me on hold for like 3mins then when he got back on the phone, he said he has no time to deal with my complain becaiuse they were busy then he hung up the phone. Seriously, im trying to let them know that they should pull out the itema in the ref ao nobody will buy an expired item!!! Oh and i more, i told Aaron thr cashier while i was at the store that the thong to use to get some jerky is on the floor. He never bothered to pick it up and wash it. That store is so unsanitary!!!!

David is my hero! I rushed out of the house this morning and forgot my purse. After dropping my daughter at school I realized my gas tank was empty, like I rolled into the parking lot on fumes empty. I went in and asked if they took NFC payments (I have Samsung Pay on my phone). David informed me that they don't, at this time. I literally had no other money, or form of payment with me. And he SPOTTED me $5.00...I didn't even ask. I couldn't believe it!!! I returned this afternoon to pay him back (and fill up my tank). THANK YOU FOR BEING MY GOOD SAMARITAN TODAY, DAVID!!!!!

This one star goes to the new manager that is there. I accidentally walked by his sweep and said sorry and he didn't say anything but immedaitely went towards his employee for a confrontation of why the place didn't have a full collective sweep from the last shift. The employee he was confronting has always been a nice guy and plus, you cannot confront your employees and act all big and bad when you have customers like me in your store witnessing it. That title doesn't make you a leader Mr. WannaBeBigAndBad. I apologize for the lack of professionalism on this review, however, it upset me because I've always liked the employees there but not this new wannabe bada**, non-leader-like manager.

So went to this location tonight, it is close to my house, I frequent you guys all the time, after tonight though it may kust be during the day. I understand that there is a mask mandate, but I accidentally forgot my mask in my car. Big guy was helping another customer looking right me, but not saying anything, all the while warming his chin with his mask. I approched the counter and he said hi, and only partially covered his mouth then asks me where my mask is, so I tell him, he then proceeds to tell me that I need to get mine, again while only warming his chin with his and not even really standing behind the protective shield. Now I understand wearing these masks is a pain, I have to wear one for my job, and honestly would have had no problem getting my mask if your employee was following the rules, but don't tell me you cannot serve me because I do not have a mask when you are not doing your job and wearing yours. If I do return to your store and this happens again I will take pictures.

I go out of my way to use this gas station because the Assistant Manager, Ed, is such a fantastic person to get to chat with. I enjoy stopping in on Saturdays for coffee and a quick chat. Thank you for always making my experience better than the last Ed!

This store charged me $1.24 for a 32 Oz cup of ice. I’m happy to pay for the cup at .50 but not 1.24. The clerk told me he’s been there 15 years and they’ve always charged full price as a retail sale. I’m new to the loaf n jug stores. This was my first and last time!

UPDATE DEC 2025 Car wash is still worthless FEB 2024: car wash is still worthless UPDATE ON Dec 11... car wash is still wothless, always out of order. A month ago, I tried this car wash. its worthless. If takes 4 times for it to accept your debit card and it doesn't really get your car clean. Tried it again on Feb 19. Still a worthless service.

Amazing cleanliness, excellent stocking and servicing of shelves and a drink fountain that actually works, with regards to loaf and jug this may be the best I've ever been too, and it was this good, twice. Not just a one time visit. By now I've gone three times this month. For the month of February, 2021 this may have been the cleanest convenience store I've ever seen or visited consistently in my life. Mary Sue review- I have nothing negative to report, they were nice and fast and good at everything.

Stopped in to buy a coworker a mountain dew on my way back to work. Snapped a photo of the hard seltzer to make a funny about maybe we should have this instead of mountain dew today. #itsbeenaday. Cashier told me she almost asked me to leave because I snapped a photo inside their store. Asked why whould she ask me to leave? She stated, "because you could be a competitor and no one is allowed to take photos inside our stores." Hmmmmm, okay.... Ok, so how am I, as a consumer, supposed to know that rule if it isn't posted anywhere? And I'm not a competitor. Guess what loaf and jug...I am not a consumer at your store anymore. Maverick is across the street, I'll go there instead. And I've already told all the coworkers in my building what just happened too. I am a law abiding citizen. God forbid I snap a photo of something inside your store. Terrible terrible terrible...

They post one price for people to see. Once you pull into the slot for gas you see the price is 60 cents higher. They expect that you are a fool and expect you to stay. They think we are dummies and it is embarrassing to leave their lot. DON'T fall for it. Leave and go across to maverick. They give you real prices.

Smokes are almost $2 more per pack than place down the street (or anywhere else I have been), and I thought that cigarette prices were supposed to be one set price across the board? Anyway, 1st star is because they're open 24hrs, and 2nd is for the sweet lady that was working this morning and could not have been nicer or friendlier! Great staff- they do not set the prices!!
