Was told I was getting a 10% Vet's discount and gave a down payment on the work. Only to come back and be charged basically the whole price 2.5k+ and was told we only discount the labor. That should've been said up front, we only discount the labor.

Mr. Mo, you and your team are extremely professional, understanding, trustworthy, communicative, and possess great interpersonal skills. I explained what was happening with my car and brought my niece's auto in for servicing. My car required authorization before work could begin, so I needed to bring it back. My niece needed maintenance service on her car. Mo quickly assessed and completed the work. Now I am going to have my son bring his car...this is my new one stop repair shop.

To be clear any auto repair work can be costly. Moe and his team have worked on my Ford vehicles since they moved in 10+ years ago. They are up front about the costs, will only do the requested repairs, will get it done the same day when possible, and call you if something more was found and needs attention. There is no upsell! Unless the noise you here are worse than anticipated, you will get the best option(s) to make an informed decision. These are great old school mechanics trained and familiar with current automotive technology. If you live in Lomita, drop in and say hi.

I drove in with my jeep smoking really really bad. He changed the PCV and intske Gaskets told me it needed a new engine, charged me $700. I left with my jeep smoking really really Bad. First he said 1k to put the engine in and then he said $1500 followed by i may need to spend 500 on additional parts. I'm scarred now because I paid $600 for basically nothing. Terrified.

Had damage to the heads by previous mechanic. Brought it in for a full rebuild. They only did work on the heads(damaged valves and stems) honed cylinders, but did not replace lifters. Now I have failing lifters. Extremely dissatisfied with the work done. Charged over $6 thousand and after full rebuild lifters need to be replaced with less than 1000 miles. They even removed my AC compressor and hose to access heads, and charged me for new hose and recharge unit. Entire unit was replaced 18 months ago. So I know the system was brand new with no leaks. They removed system to make their job easier not because it needed to be replaced. Now he wants to charge me for replacing lifters that should have been replace during rebuild. I would have paid for new lifters but not labor, because lifters should have been replaced because of damage done to valves.
