First photo is of the mechanic who was rude and questioned my attitude which was a response to his tone of telling me to get out of my car. The second photo is of the “manager” who I tried to complain to but he only backed his employee instead of providing another mechanic to get an emission test he asked “do you want your money back there are plenty other places to go!” When asked why we couldn’t have someone else do the emissions, I was told to leave and told to shut my mouth. All while with my 2 year old.

Pretty shocked about my $136 oil change. Ive never paid that price in the 15 years of owning any vehicle. Ive had this specific car that I brought here for an oil change for for 10 years. I’ve always paid 80 and never had issues. I’ve never been charged that much before. This place is a Complete scam if they think you know nothing about cars.
When I asked the worker why this was around 50 more than I normally pay for oil changes he just said that’s how much oil changes are for this car…. And definitely got annoyed about the confrontation. So I will now be going back to woodway service (opening up in September now on high ridge road) and not coming back here EVER again. Complete thieves.

I drove my car to do the emission test. When I got there, 4 cars were waiting in line to test. The stuff said may need wait 40 minutes, and I asked whether take an appointment. They said “first come first serve”. Then I wait online. When reached to me . Nobody serve my car, and the stuff drove the car which not in line to service first. I went to office complaining to the boss. Guess what? Boss return my emission fee, and let me do the test somewhere else. That’s their attitude. It was totally discrimination. By the way, I am the Asian guy. There’s nothing I can do about it. I thought call police,but it’s their provide property. What should I do?

Visited on Sunday 2/18. After asking for $20 of regular the pump attendant acted dumb and filled my tank totaling over $45. After asking why I got over $45 instead of $20, the attendant gave me the receipt, didn’t respond but instead laughed and walked away. Great customer service! Never going back even though convenient!! :)

Buyer Beware - I was heading to Maine and stopped in for gas. They have gas attendants and I asked the man to fill it up with regular. He said, no need to get out of your car. He also washed my rear window. He gave me the receipt and he filled my car up with Premium and also made a mess of my rear window and car. The water was greasy and dirty...streaked everything and was overcharged for gasoline. Bad business practice Long Ridge.

Upon arriving, there was a sign saying no emissions.
I wasted time and effort to be told bad info and drive for nothing.
