I am very dissatisfaction with the experience I had during my recent vehicle purchase at Longo Toyota. While the initial sales process went smoothly, my interaction with the finance manager (David Frarn) was extremely disappointing. During the contract signing, the finance manager failed to clearly explain the documents. Instead, he repeatedly rushed me to " sing here, sign here," pushing me to move quickly without giving me time to review what I was signing. When I hesitated or took my time to initial a section, he became visibly irritated. His attitude made me feel pressured and uncomfortable-almost as if I was doing something wrong by trying to understand the documents. Additionally, he handed me a Chinese translation of the contract without asking whether I needed or wanted one. I had been speaking English the entire time, and no one in my family could read Chinese. I felt presumptive and even borderline discriminatory. Buying a vehicle is a major financial decision, and I believe I deserved to be treated with patience, transparency, and respect. Was it because I chose to pay in full cash that he didn't get any commission?

I bought a Toyota Corolla 2026 vehicle with a failure in the air conditioning, I requested an appointment at 10:30 they told me that they would give me my vehicle at 5, they did not offer me transportation to go to my work, I had to talk personally they offered me a rented vehicle I arrived and I requested it, 1 hour and they did not give me anything I left the place and ignored their calls because I had already lost my day of work, as a recommendation when you acquire your vehicles check very well so these incidents are avoided, I think it would have been better to have acquired a Honda

Made an appointment for an oil change, if theyre busy I understand it can be delayed. 4 hours is EXCESSIVE. WHATS THE POINT OF MAKING AN APPOINTMENT ?! Called to ask what was taking so long , they stated they were doing the multi point inspection so it took longer than expected. The fact that they didnt even apologize when they brought my vehicle out made me realize that customer service is no longer a priority at longo .

Son purchased his 1st vehicle. Brandon in the used car building was very helpful and knowledgeable, made it easy to make our decision to buy. Only issue I had was with the concierge/shuttle office. Some unexpected work was being done on our sons car. Which required add'l time in their service station. There 4 hours. Randon said to go to the concierge and they would shuttle us to go eat and would pick us up. Concierge was kinda rude, not professional at all. Young kids. Said, no the shuttle does not apply to is because they don't service to the side of used cars. What is that? It is one company, car was just as expensive as a new car. Why do people separate themselves just because they work in separate departments? What happened to being 1 team, work together. So we had to spend $$ on an uber to go eat.

I bought my car at this dealership six months ago and went there for the first complimentary maintenance today. They adjusted fluid level, checked tire pressure and made some inspections. I drove only 3100 miles so they haven't change the oil. The #29 representative James, speaking English and Romanian is nice. The maintenance is super quick. It took me only 30 minutes to complete the maintenance. No Starbucks voucher btw.

It comes with complimentary maintenance services - which is why I bought my car to Longo yesterday (5/16/2023) to do the maintenance as it hits the 10,000 miles. (So this is my second time getting service done. I did the first 5000 miles at Pasadena location. 👉🏻 DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!) Longo service dept opens up at 7am on dot. *** Make sure you make appointment first prior bringing your car in, which saves you a lot of hassle & will guaranteed your spot. *** At 7:30am on a Tuesday morning, already tons cars lined up, so crazy! (I’m so glad I made appointment the day before. 😳) Anthony was the person that helped me. Very professional, great customer service, friendly, and seems to know what he is doing. I’m so glad he’s the one helped me! He explained everything to me clearly and answered my questions patiently and nicely. It only took about an hour ish to get it all done, which is not bad at all. Inside the service dept (the waiting area which connects to the dealership side) has plenty of space for everyone to sit/wait. Their layout is super nice & BIG - even got a Starbucks! ✨ Just everything about this place is pretty awesome, it absolutely feels like a Toyotaland: from the interior design, to their staffs, the vibe & visual and everything is pretty positive & awesome! 💖 I love it!!! 🥰 I’d definitely come back for sure for my future services! Thank you Anthony!!! 🥹🙏 ✨ Note: I do NOT recommend Pasadena service dept (although they seem to have decent reviews) cuz last time (which was my FIRST maintenance service experience - 10/20/2022) when I brought my car there right when their service dept opened in the morning, there’s literally like nobody in any of the desks, and I was basically forced to be assigned to the one & only person that was there, ughhh!!! 🤦🏻♀️ I knew one of the salesman works there and actually wanted someone else to help me! I had to drop it off then head to work cuz don’t know how long it would take. I would’ve wait / it ended up took only an hour!💥 Stephanie Reyes (seems to be a transwoman) claimed herself to be a supervisor. Right from her introduction I knew I wanted someone else to assist me! Right off the start, I was like meh.. why isn’t anyone else available? 💥 “She” couldn’t answered my questions clearly 👉🏻 and gave me a wide range on the time my car can possibly for pick up - which originally I was going to wait if doesn’t take long (and I’ve expressed that to her as well). I have at least an hour and there’s literally like no cars around - it’s not like there were people/cars lining up or anything, it was 7am. All of their staffs seemed still trying to wake up & not very energetic, which is understandable I guess. Stephanie did provided me with a one way complimentary Uber ride to work tho, which is not far from it / but no return ride! ✨ 💥 As soon as I arrived to work, within about an hour, she notified me and said my car is ready for pick up! (Ugh… of course!) And then I had to wait till lunch time to go pick it up - which is what I did. When I went and pick up my car, I asked her some questions, like if she for sure knows whether they have rotated my tires, did the oil change and other stuffs? She simply replied: of course! It’s part of the complimentary! (But sounded like she wasn’t sure, although answered me confidently.) I called the service dept manager afterwards to confirm (forgot his name), which he says I guarantee you we did! And basically told me I should be grateful because Toyota covered the cost! 💥 It all feels skeptical. 🧐🤷🏻♀️ Note: Because it’s complimentary, sometimes Toyota might’ve skip the steps (go check out the feedbacks online from many other customers that have done the services before) tho they said they did! 💥 I took my car to my mechanic for a quick checkup afterwards, just to be sure what they said has been done really have been done! ✅ ✨ So… No Pasadena Toyota! They wanted to buy my car too, NO THX!

First of all, the sales department is the best, they're ranked number 1 for a reason. My family has bought many of cars from them before and will continue. Here's where it falls apart, the service department is their downfall. I use their package deal for oil changes since it' was a fair price (I don't think so much anymore), and I thought it would be one less thing to worry about. Well I got the package and the first oil change was whatever, took a long time but it was okay overall. The second time the wait was 5 hours, and they didn't even change the oil, it was a multi point inspection with a tire rotation, 5 hours! They recommended some stuff which I do that myself since anywhere you go it's too expensive and the lug nuts were tightened wayyyyyy too much, guys 76 pounds. I had to replace 2 lug nuts (I thought it was my fault at first) because they got stripped. Next time I went it took 3 1/2 hours but I told them if they can please tighten them to 76 foot pounds and I got it back with some recommendations and when I go to do them I look at the lug nuts before I start working on my car. So far I've found 4 stripped lug nuts and I should not require a breaker bar with a pipe to take off lug nuts off a car that was serviced 3 days ago. I've got 2 more services (I'm going to get what I paid for) and then unfortunately I'll just have to do the work myself from now on.

The dealership is a bit expensive than others but they are very convenient. I took my car in today to get it serviced, my service advisor spoke with me about my car and said that I can get a coupon for the service I was getting. My car was ready when he went to lunch so another guy took his spot. The price that the other guy gave me wasn't the coupon price even thought I confirmed with him multiple times he insisted that it was the coupon price. After I payed and went home, my original service advisor calls me saying that they charged me full price and didn't add the discount. So he ended up processing a refund. I was just so grateful that he was honest enough to let me know. I asked for his name and he told me his name was Max Hernandez.

The absolute worst! Got my oil change done here and they didn’t screw on one of the caps tight enough and my oil tray cover fell off while I was on the freeway. It almost gave me a heartattack. They are super careless and not helpful. Estimated wait times are completely off and they do not communicate updates. I was told my car would be done at 9am and now they said it will be done at 4pm. I am upset beyond words. Do yourself a favor and go to your local autoshop with more trained professionals for the same price. I thought that going to a dealership and paying their hefty price meant more experience and care into the job but they hire newbies here who have no idea what they are doing and will mess up your car.

Service without a smile. It use to be that customer service reps greeted customers with a smile. Went to service department, advisor doesn’t smile. Young lady at the service drive was kind and smiled. Then went inside to concierge and the young lady at the desk seems like she’s not happy. No smile, and talking like a robot. I’m not trying to be mean but wat happened to good customer service 😊

Disappointing Service Experience. Purchased my new truck at Longo Toyota and, two months later, brought it in for its first routine maintenance as a walk-in customer. This was a very simple service visit. Unfortunately, the experience with the assigned service representative, Bree Ann Davidson (Station 26), was extremely disappointing. We were trying to understand the service being performed and the associated fees. My wife asked reasonable questions, but Bree Ann responded with a rude and unprofessional attitude and seemed frustrated that we wanted clarification. Customer service should be welcoming and informative, especially for customers returning for their first service after purchasing a vehicle. Instead, we were made to feel like an inconvenience. Her attitude and lack of professionalism left a very negative impression. Because of this experience, we will not be returning to this service department. We would rather take our business to a place where customers are treated with respect and their questions are appreciated.

Longo is the best service with customer services. It is sad my car had major problems not worth fixing, I had to give up my car. They were able to help me with a loaner of course I had to pay some of it. I had so many memories with my partner in that car before she passed away. It was my first new car to buy, I could not afford the maintenance and helped my partner with taking her to doctor appointments, food, gas, I could not have a day job. So much stress. To this day still have stress with my own problems and health problems. I can't even afford a used car with my income and credit.

My parents had their Camry serviced for an oil change recently. I noticed their car was leaking motor oil. I took a look under their car and found that the oil drain bolt was loose. And not only that it was glued down with some sort of silicone type material in that loose position. After over 30 years of being loyal Longo customers we are never taking our family Toyotas to Longo ever again.

The most pleasant and efficient service I’ve received from any dealership. My car broke down and needed an emergency repair. The front desk ladies were super nice and took all my information. My service manager - Albert was super professional. He understood what I’m going through and he was working closely with me and my warranty. My car was fixed (entire water pump replaced)in basically 24 hours and I was updated on every step.

As a loyal customer, this was my third vehicle purchase from Longo, and I have exclusively used your service department for maintenance. Today, I brought my Prius in for its one-year service. While Service Advisor Bree Ann was courteous and professional, the quality of the work was unacceptable. Upon picking up my car, I discovered a large amount of greasy oil across the hood and several scratches on the right side of the front bumper. I immediately notified Bree Ann and her supervisor. While the oil was mostly wiped off, the scratches on the bumperstill clearly visible.The service technician listed on the paperwork is Alexis Hernandez. This experience has severely undermined my trust in your service department.
