It says it’s open 24 hours and went there at 11pm. The door was locked and the guy inside waved me off and I couldn’t go in. Why would it say open 24 hour and not let people come in? Inaccurate information that is given.

Very friendly staff, store is always clean, well stocked, they even have hot food. They are open 24 hours and they treat the local down-on-their luck patrons with the same courtesy and respect. Thanks for setting a good example.

I purchased a bottle of Suja Mixed Berries Organic Juice, as I left the store in to my vehicle try to open the bottle it exploded with pressure and juice got all over my car, I tested and it appeared to be over fermentated hence the pressure, tested like bad wine. So I contacted the store manager and she made things rigth, I'm satisfied with her response and I'm amending my review to 5 Stars.

It’s clean. I’ll give them that. But the service is poor. Fountain drink machine wasn’t working. Lady adjusted some tray while scolding another employee about not putting it back correctly. Then just walks away. Sure enough, fountain machine still doesn’t work. I didn’t bother fetching the lady back. Just left the store thirsty.

Paid for the car wash, after waiting half an hour, it went "out of service" before I could go through. Waited more to try to get my money back. Initially, they refused me and 2-3 other people waiting refunds, with us being told they needed permission to issue one which they didn't have and couldn't get. Took 20+ mins of back and forth before they made a call to get permission. Finally got a refund but not after they tried to get myself+the others to give up and just eat the cost. Huge waste of time.

Ty so much to the gentleman who helped me today, I came in at 5:40 am and it seemed closed but definitely the guy saw me in the window and helped me out with the best customer service! I asked for coffee and he asked me if I wanted cream and sugar and also told me the names of the sweeteners they had, and so he got me what I needed!! I didn't catch his name! But 5 stars for his humble and pleasurable service!!! I'll be back Loop & Co.! God bless!🔥💯💕😊

Woman working Oct 3 2024 swore at me and my child after asking for the washroom key. Not from around here and my partner and i used mannerisms as we would back home and she was very offended by a friendly conversation we were trying to start. i was holding the bathroom door for my child and she was screaming and swearing at me completely incomprehensible. must have been high she looked a wreck. the man working with her looked confused. travelling is supposed to be fun but awful people like her makes the whole city look bad. i am appalled. hope she gets fired, whos 50 and works at a gas station anyway. get a life and stop being so sensitive.

Loop and shell service has plummeted. I will switch the chevron due to online saying one thing and the gas pumps saying another. This is the third time a deal is said on shell/loop website and it is unavailable at the gas station

Manager Maria is horrible. As a monthly Ultinate Car Wash subscription customer, the Powell location has a intermittent issue that rinse cycle doesnt work 1-2 twice a month. The usually nice courteous employees will operate the rinse manually when this happens. Maria blames me for "being the only one that has this problem" and proceeds to insult me implying that I am making this up. Why? Because I use the car wash daily and can see flaws in their car wash that nobody else sees or wants to take the time to complain ? Maria has Bad customer service, is unprofessional, rude, and lazy.
