I totally love this place. Pop (Lou) his son Orlando his family has treated me like I was his own daughter. Looked out for me and my ex husband and has been there for me since my ex husband passed a week ago. I would not trust my vehicle to anyone else but Lou’s. I just got my car serviced through Lou’s! It has been such a pleasure simply hearing Rachel’s enthusiastic voice over the phone! She has been extremely sweet, helpful and THOROUGH from the beginning and through the entire process. Lou himself is kind, honest and courteous as well! When you need car service or have questions on your vehicle, contact Lou’s Total Car Care Services. They go out of their way to help get your vehicle back on the road. I had a flat on my 2010 Jeep and the donut rim separated from the tire. I went to a tire store and they couldn’t help replace the donut tire. I went to the Jeep dealer and they don’t service that tire. Drove by Lou’s and as a last resort stopped. Lou the owner took the time to look at my donut and said he could fill the donut with air and it will be as good as new. Then said it was no charge. I expected to pay $400 to get a new donut. Lou then mentioned that you have to check the air in the donut periodically. I never thought about checking the tire pressure in the donut. Lou took the time to help me understand. I had been having noise coming from my breaks. After the hurricane I had something really scary happen. As I was driving I came to my 1st red light and when I went to brake it was as if there was no brake I had to push the peddle all the way down. I pumped the brake and then it was working again. Now it was making a clear metal to metal sound. This morning I called Lou’s explained what was going on and although they were short staff due to the storm they squeezed me in. They made it safe for me to get back on the road with my daughter. I can’t thank them enough. They fixed the major problem I had and check my truck out completely. They advised me of a hub issue that I need to take care of but wasn’t urgent. I’m so grateful for the kind and honest people at Lou’s!! Always taking care of me. They are family owned and they provide great service!! Most importantly they don’t take advantage of people they will tell you exactly what you need done to resolve your issue.★★★★★ 3 months ago

Great Repair center I appreciate Lou, Rachael and the rest of their staff. They did an excellent job repairing my Camaro and they saved me money and kept me from making un-necessary repairs by doing a proper diagnostic on my truck, as I was told by a dealership I needed a Driveshaft/U-joints to fix a vibration issue and it was not the case. I ended up having to go back to the dealership and they fixed the brake pulsation issue they caused by putting on defective rotors.★★★★★ 5 months ago
