This Lowes has been good to me. They have great customer service. My beef isn't with Lowes but all big box hardware stores. I always call them the "almost what you're looking for" store, since they usually almost have what you're looking for, but not what you're looking for.★★★★★ 8 months ago

I purchased a gas range and was told that delivery would be on a Saturday. I tried calling so many times to request an early delivery. Nope it was the latest delivery they had. I get that. In my frustration I called to cancel my order, and ask for a refund. I guess I expected customer service to offer another delivery date or something. Instead, after being put on hold, the girl said that my money was refunded. Honestly, an offer of a another delivery date would have changed my mind. Yes, I guess I got what I asked for.★★★★★ 10 months ago

I am a general contractor and use Lowe's much more often than I would home depot. Lowe's personnel are very kind considerate and helpful. I cannot say the same for home depot. This last visit that I made I spent over $2000 to do a job up in the mountains. They helped me a great deal by giving me discounts and finding items that were not normally available.★★★★★ 7 years ago

Five stars for extra service and going the extra mile. Tiger lifted heavy, wet bags of potting soil for me and offered to help me load my car. A manager offered to check me out at returns instead of walking to the other end of the store. Lowes is a great way to start the day early, get help finding what I’m looking for and getting full service from employees.★★★★★ 3 years ago

Update: I did call the number given below in Lowe's response, which sent me to their corporate customer service. They told me there was nothing they could do since the purchase was made in store. Not super helpful :/ The local store's customer service line was sympathetic but said they couldn't pull up the sale/rebate info themselves, so they couldn't do anything, but they did throw me a bone and refund $50. Seems like it'd be wise for a store to keep track of past offers, but... I guess they don't? I appreciate the local store's efforts, but overall I'm very over Lowe's convoluted customer service and I give up. Giving 2 stars rather than 1 because I shop here weekly or more (over 30 visits on my own since September, at least double that for all the trips my husband has made) and I typically have a good or great experience - friendly employees, quick to answer questions, happy to work with me on returns, etc. Lowe's has rightly earned my business and loyalty over the past few years, but especially the past several months! However, I've now had a drawn out process trying to get answers on a rebate and after today I'm extra frustrated. I made a purchase of over $700 of paint because of a rebate, where the employees at the Logan store explained the offer to me and assured me I'd be able to buy 5 gallons of paint and get another 5 gallon free, and in the same purchase buy 1 gallon of paint and get another 1 gallon free. Amazing deal, right? Great buy one get one. However, I received a notification about the rebate amount in February, and it was a few hundred dollars less than expected. After customer service referred me to the rebate team, I finally got ahold of them today and they explained the rebate completely differently than I'd been explained it in store - I have to pay the full price for both 5 gallon containers of paint (~$500) and they'll only rebate the 1 gallon paint containers. Obviously, if I'd had this all explained to me properly in store, I wouldn't have made the purchase or I'd have gone about it completely differently. I could've bought 12 individual gallons of paint so they could refund me 6 of them! I explained this to Candace, the rebate team employee, and she kept reiterating the terms of the policy and said it's been paid out and they won't be adjusting anything. I explained my frustration - the employees at the Logan store maybe didn't understand the rebate correctly? I believe they were doing their best, but a mistake was made and I just want to at least meet in the middle and not be stuck paying for all this when I was assured I'd be getting half my purchase price back through the rebate. Instead Candace insisted they wouldn't be adjusting the rebate amount, and I'm left feeling like I got scammed by Lowe's. I'm leaving the review hoping to give feedback to the store specifically helping their employees correctly understand the rebate policies so they're accurately explaining and selling to customers. I also wish Lowe's corporate team that handles rebates would be more understanding of the customer journey and see issues in their entirety and focus on treating customers well, rather than having a single minded focus on policy and refusing to consider anything else. It's a bummer to have this bad experience and be left with a bad taste in my mouth for shopping at Lowe's after being so loyal. I'm not boycotting Lowe's... well, maybe for a little while... but I'll be spreading my shopping around more to my local hardware stores and Home Depot. And now I (and anyone reading this) knows better - triple check everything the in-store employees may tell you because unfortunately it might not be quite right and may end up costing you a few extra hundred dollars.★★★★★ Edited 10 months ago

Lowe’s is great. They’ve stepped up their bathroom vanity and faucet options since I was last there. We went in to buy a new bathroom faucet for my office and left with new faucets for each of our home bathrooms. It’s tough to find black faucets that aren’t outrageously expensive, let alone stocked in the store, but Lowe’s had some awesome options that were really well priced. Their employees have always been helpful and personable as well.★★★★★ 5 years ago

This was our second time in this particular Lowe's. Disappointment is an understatement. Employees are NOT very customer oriented. We stood in line for over 15 minutes and no one looked up or acknowledged us. There were 3 employees behind the customer service counter. The one working the register for pickups walked away to help a customer take his items out to his vehicle. The second employee finally asked if we needed something, then walked over to the third employee and she told him to help the guy who was in line behind us because he felt the urge not to wait and cut in line. When we were finally helped we were told our order that was supposedly ready for pick up wasn't going to be ready until Monday. We showed her our email and she was able to locate our item. Her customer service skills were not friendly or welcoming. The attitude we got when we asked for a receipt. She told us well your receipt is the email you received. Guess they are unlike other stores where they can print you up a receipt. The best part of Lowe's was the girl working in the paint department. The whole store can take a few lessons from her customer service skills and her friendly outgoing attitude! This was enough to let us know we will NOT being going back to this Lowe's. This is the worst one we have been in to in the 13 years we have been shopping there.★★★★★ 8 years ago

The automated answering system is a joke. We called, got an initial rep for a few seconds then would be put on with the answering system that would loop us back and forth between the main and garden/landscape. We pronounced our words very clearly but it would not understand what we were saying. If you are going to use this system, make sure it works.★★★★★ 3 months ago

Be prepared if you have them install. I ordered a door from them that was supposed to have a dog door already installed in it. I received the door, but it didn't have the dog door. I went out and purchased a dog door and they had one their "professional" installers come out and attempt to install the door, it was crooked and looked horrible. They then came out for a second time and somewhat straightened out the door, but as you can see by my pictures they did a horrible job of installing the strike plates. So they will need to come out for a third time, I have my fingers crossed that they can complete this install "third times a charm" right??.★★★★★ 6 months ago

I always get project materials at Lowe's. They have everything you could think of. Fair prices and their staff is always helpful. Only thing is that sometimes their plants aren't as healthy as Home Depot 👀🪴★★★★★ 7 months ago

We went to Lowe's to find the status of an order that still had not arrived and was 3 days late. The outstanding female employee in the Service/Returns area did everything she could to locate our order. We were patient while she worked on our problem. Eventually, she was able to discover where our order was and why it was late. We so appreciate her perseverance in finding our order. She was very kind and helpful. Great job! Now if we could only get our order...★★★★★ 8 months ago

The delivery team didn’t show up on time, brought a scratched up washer, scuffed up my floors, didn’t install the ice maker connector on my fridge and didn’t give an explanation why, and scratched my front door frame badly when bringing in my fridge. The Lowe’s in Logan took no responsibility. I called to try to talk to people multiple times, they said they’d have the manager call back multiple times and never did. Do not recommend any delivery services through the Logan Lowe’s.★★★★★ 3 months ago

This is honestly a decent store, I usually prefer to go to another hardware store in town but that is only out of habit because that is where my dad always used to go. But all in all I can’t complain about this store. I have gotten a couple of things here from time to time and over all the employees are pretty helpful. Nothing to write home about, but over all good.★★★★★ Edited 7 years ago

I’ve been working with Lowe’s over the past two weeks to get new appliances installed in my home, and the process turned into a much bigger headache than expected. After purchasing three refrigerators and needing two of them returned due to delivery issues and defects, I was honestly at my limit. That’s when I was helped by Hayley, and she is the sole reason this review is five stars. From the moment she got involved, she took full ownership of the situation, immediately understood the problem, and handled the entire resolution with exceptional professionalism. She coordinated my refunds, ensured both returns were processed correctly, and even secured additional compensation for the inconvenience—something I did not expect but genuinely appreciated. In an industry where it’s rare to find someone who truly cares about the customer’s experience, Hayley stood out. Her communication was clear, she was efficient, and she followed through on every detail. She turned a very frustrating situation into a positive one. Lowe’s is lucky to have her. If her management sees this, please recognize her—she absolutely earned it.★★★★★ 2 months ago

Edit: Never coming back to this location ever again! Do not go here if you expect the labeled prices to be correct. Do not go here if you wanna compare barcodes for all your shopping with the prices that are labeled on the shelf. We were checking out with a ladder that was labeled $64. So we trusted that the price was legit right? Get up to the register to pay and the ladder is $89!!! So we asked the cashier at self checkout why the price was different. She told me they would honor the price if the last four of the barcode matched the one on the shelf. Guess who had to do it? ME!!! I walked my butt over to the location of the ladder and of course it doesn’t match! And not only did it not match the ladder we took to pay, it didn’t even match the ladders matched up with the labeled price! So I call my husband that’s at the register to take the ladder off our shopping. Then the cashier has the audacity to have me take a picture of the price tag for some reason. I refused to do it because IT IS NOT YOUR CUSTOMER’S JOB TO DOUBLE CHECK THE LAST FOUR OF THE BARCODES. IT IS NOT YOUR CUSTOMER’S JOB TO TAKE PICTURES OF INCORRECT PRICES!!! I enjoy this store each time I visit. Our most recent visit we were looking for putty to repair holes in our walls. Michael, one of their veteran employees, asked us if we needed help finding it and he showed us where to go. Not only did he show us the various supplies, but also taught me a way to repair holes that were a little bigger by using mesh tape and putty. It saved me from buying a bunch of patches that cost quite a bit. Next, we needed help finding a screen to repair our screen door. Once again one of the veteran employees working in the doors section asked if we needed help. Right away he directed us in the right direction and checked on us to make sure we found what we needed. Each time we have come to this location we have always been helped when we needed help. Thank you for providing us with great customer service and a positive experience each time we need help!★★★★★ Edited 6 months ago

I have been a customer for years at this Lowes. One employee shines above all of the others. I have always been very impressed with Carrie. It is because of her that I continue to shop at this location. Carrie is very knowledgeable with everything. If I could rate her with more than five stars, I would. Thank you Carrie!★★★★★ a month ago

HORRIBLE DELIVERY SERVICE, DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES AT THIS STORE IF YOU WANT THEM DELIVERED.. Lowe's does not have control over the third party service, which is crazy, I have never seen a subcontractor directing a contractor. Most of the delivery crew is rude, lazy, and deny to do whatever could take more time in the installation even if is part of their job. We have been buying appliances from all over, and Lowe's has been the worst experience. It used to be good when Lowe's employees did the delivery. Last year we bought washer, drier, fridge for a new unit it got delivered without a problem, the guy was rude but it did not make a big deal about taking the door off just for safety, this crew came from SLC area if I remember correctly, shortly after we have other set of appliances delivered to another apartment and it was a nightmare, the guy wanted to leave the fridge outside and raise his voice to my partner telling her the appliance would not fit and we will have to bring it up and install it ourselves. When we told him the previous delivery team had removed the door without any issues he said they are not allowed to do it, which goes against what Lowe's customer service (call and online) and Lowe's store stand for, also goes against what has been done other times with different deliveries from Lowe's previous years. We do not know if they change the third party delivery service but the one they currently have is HORRIBLE. For some reason washer and drier were delayed, on the delivery day scheduled, they did not show up, which cause stress for our tenants and ourselves since we made sure to make arrangements so someone could be there, we went to the store and spoke to the General Manager, Kurt, he understood the situation, applied a credit in the purchase and offer to go himself to the installation, in case someone was not available, on the delivery day for washer and drier, I showed up and I was impressed Kurt was there, very professional and made us feel we just wanted to made all our purchases with Lowe's. We focus on customer service with our clients and tenants, so we appreciate to receive the same treatment we give. About a month ago we ordered some appliances from Costco since they had better prices on those and we were told at Lowe's they can not match a membership pricing, which we understand, we still ordered an LG fridge at Lowe's. When we ordered the fridge we checked with Customer Support through chat, call and at the store to make sure they will be able to remove the door if needed, set up the fridge properly and that we would not have any bad experience, we do not need to have someone to fix a problem, we just want to avoid unnecessary problems, we were told they will do all those things, also able to move the older appliances to another room or the garage or outside if requested. Sadly I am not able to finish this detailed review since google does not take many characters, but do yourself a favor and get your appliances with Costco or Home Depot if you need delivery and installation. It seems Lowe's can not hold the third party manager accountable.★★★★★ 2 weeks ago
