Took 3 hours. Machine broke down. Cleaning was pitiful, mirror, windshield, visor, corners of carpet, etc. were not clean. Don't do it. Stay away.

I have nothing to review. I was scheduled for Monday 3/7/16 and received a text from the technician who wasn't going to be available. They would contact me to reschedule. No one has been in contact and I don't seem to be able to get hold of anyone. I'll keep trying but as of now, I can only give them a poor rating.

Yesterday I had my car detailed inside and out. I was shocked to see how perfect it looked after because my car was an absolute mess :-/. The staff were very friendly and kind. I could tell they worked very hard... They texted me when it was done and I came, it all went perfectly. Thank you guys!!!

Somehow, the negative reviewers disappeared here since my experience. Please see very poor reviews on other sites before using this company. Here is my post from auburn location: Showed up for appt, no one was there. Number on the sign was not in service. Called 855 twice as well as two separate manager personal numbers (I got after driving to the Marlboro location). Never got a return call, ever. Bought (and returned) from Groupon

Bought GroupOn for Marlborough location. Booked appointment on Lube 2 Go website. Arrived for my 2:00 PM appointment on 8/23/16 and there was no one there. Waited 20 minutes and still no one around. Called their Marlborough phone number and got no answer and then voicemail. I have tried to contact GroupOn and Lube 2 Go but no response from either of them. Don't waste your time and money on this place. 0 STARS...shame on them.

Let me start this by saying I have never written a negative review before now. My experience with lube2go Marlborough was incredibly frustrating. I bought a groupon and scheduled my initial appointment for about two weeks in the future. The day of My appointment I received a text from the company saying they are short staffed and over booked so I need to reschedule. The day of my reschdfuled appointment I get another text at 10am asking if I can be there before noon. My appointment was scheduled for 3. I told them I could not and they said I would need to reschedule. My second rescheduled appointment was for today. At 11:40 I got a text asking if I could be there at 12... So in 20 minutes. I responded that I am a teacher responsible for 20 students in summer school and I cannot just leave them unattended which is why I have an appointment. I got a rude text back. I can't imagine I'm the only customer that cannot make noon appointments when they are scheduled for 3. Luckily groupon is rebursing me as this is no way to run a business that operates off of appointments.

After they finished the full detailing of my car, there are still stains on the rear bumper and side mirrors, and they didn't even touch my sunroof, the rain stains remained there pretty well. Also they don't seem like know what they are doing, they didn't use a dry and clean cloth to clean the windows, there are water stains all over them. DO NOT waste your money here.

Really dont waste your time on them. One guy does a decent job. The other is horrible. They look for tips more than trying to get the vehicle in a good condition. When obvious spots were missed, the guy offered me to return. But, that was not feasible. They need to be more clear on what is done. Outside detailing was done on the wheels at all. For the work done on my vehicle, I felt it was a $40 job. I paid $99 + tips. Will not go back.

First it was easy to set up an appointment and drop the car off. we took my husband's car in on one day and pick it up after hours they made the pickup and dropoff hassle-free. I took my van in which was in pretty bad shape from all the kids eating in the van and trips to the beach and whatnot. I was simply amazed at how good it came out it looks like a brand new van

Please don't go here, I had to call the POLICE ON THEM. I went here for a birthday present for myself paid for the $220 Delux interior/exterior detail, which includes hand wash, dry and wax cleaning rims vents dashboard, shampooing carpets, you know the whole 9. I arrived to see two employees smoking cigrettess outside the truck they greet me I give them my car keys and they say we call you when it's ready. They text, and call and I go to pick it up and realize the carpets aren't wet, so they didn't shampoo, they didn't even move the seats to vacuum, the steering wheel is covered in grease, the rims are still filthy. The worst part is the outside of the car is still dirty. I question the employees on it and they say your seats/carpets don't need to be shampoo. I said well I paid for it so please do it. He pulls out the machine to do it and he says it's warming up. Than I questioned him on why is the at still so dirty why are the rims dirty. His reply was "I USE WATER AND MIX WITH WAX, THAT IS HOW I WASH THE CAR" you should never do that, you always should wash the car and dry it than wax it if you don't the paint on the car will bubble. This causes serious damage to your car, at this point in the conversation I am in tears because not only did they not clean my car they damaged the paint on my car. It's a 2014 Subaru not brand new but still it's my car. My husband and I decided to call the police and they gave us back our money, but the damage done to my car is in the hundreds.

I purchased a Groupon for Lube 2 Go and used it on 17th at the Marlborough location. I would give no stars for the detail because of the following reasons: 1. These is still dust particles inside the front portion of the car which was never even touched. Is that not part of the detail? 2. Front seats had white marks (From liquids used to clean the car) which now do not go away after cleaning. 3. My car had a front bumper protection, it was ripped off while cleaning. Who does that? If that happens should they not tell me something happened? 4. I had a small idol (which we worship sticked above the navigation. It was ripped ripped off and thrown around. 5. The weather mats were not installed properly, if you take them out why don't they put it back right? 6. Outside of the car had several stains, never waxed or never cleaned. Is it not part of the detail? 7. Lastly, they dropped the key in the locker and gave me the # to open. But the keys were not in the locker (The girl took it with her home, even if she knew I am coming). I called several times but no response. Finally send a text and she replied, she took it with her and will be there in half an hour. I waited for an hour when the whole things happened and finally was able to sneak my car keys from the drop box Totally unprofessional, irresponsible group of people. I know my 100$ is gone, but I will make sure none of my friends, social media and google shoppers do business from you guys. See pictures of the work done. Thanks

Just picked up my car from the Solomon pond location. An extreme disappointment. The inside of the windows look like they were not touched, and if they were cleaned, in some cases it appears the rag that was used on the outside was used on the inside windows leaving streaks. The front windshield on the right side still shows the half moon created by the wiper blades with the portion to the right not touched. The storage hatch in the back rear not even touched, it only needed to be vacuumed, Streak marks all over the outside of the car. The detail was for 3 hours, received a text that the car would be ready at 12, after only dropping off at 10 am this morning, no wonder it was finished in 2 hours, a terrible job, will not go back and in all honesty should receive a credit of some sort for the job that was not done.

I will absolutely never recommend this place to anyone. Yes, the service is provided in the parking lot of the mall. It was difficult for me to locate at first. After that, things went down hill. The first issue was that staff was unaware I was coming, although the manager of the site texted me confirmation of the appointment several days prior to the cleaning. I paid for a Deluxe Interior and Exterior for an SUV. On Groupon that was $115. I left my car there for almost four hours and they did not clean thoroughly. (Please see the attached photos). I contacted the manager immediately who reassured me that he would complete the service for me for free since the problem was with his employees. I had already left a review on Groupon with a one star to let other customers know to be wary due to my experience. The manager asked me to take down the review because he didn't want a negative review on his page for an entire month. I told him I would surely take it down once my car was cleaned properly. I cleaned my car myself, since the drive is about an hour from my house/work, and I needed to transport an individual served (for human services) within short notice. I contacted the manager and asked for a refund since I no longer needed the service. I have not heard back from the manager since. Similarly, Groupon was made aware of the situation and only offered a $30 voucher on $115 spent. Oh, and the floor mat with a bunch of nasty gunk on it was covered up when I got to my car. The employee didn't do a walk around with me.

Everything from the ease of booking a reservation to the service at the appointment was handled so well. Booking online was a breeze and the company follows up with an appointment reminder. When I dropped my car off I was greeted promptly and professionally. I was told how long the car would take and asked for a contact number. The car was finished in slightly less time than quoted and knowing that I would be at the movies they text me to let me know it was finished. I was very pleased with the whole experience and would definitely recommend using Lube2Go.

Do not use this company. I purchased a Groupon for an oil change and tried booking the appointment. When I use the link from Groupon as well as the link on their website I couldn’t finish the process. Also I have a 2024 vehicle and I could only select up to 2019 for service. I tried calling them as well as emailing and got no response. I contacted Groupon and they contacted the company and they refused the refund. I don’t even feel comfortable getting an oil change from them now so I’m out the $55.
