This service shop and the one on Willamette are owned by the same family, and they are AMAZING! THEIR PRICES FOR WHAT THEY DELIVER ARE REMARKABLE! They are skilled, CHECK ALL FLUIDS, and your air filter. Which, I have had other shops in town not do @oil change. Have coupons and discounts where possible and let you know about them up front. Give recommendations and times for future needs and show you why it is relevant for your vehicle. I won't be going anywhere else for my any of the services they provide. And it is more than just oil! These guys are the best! They are very fast and efficient. Like having my very own pit crew. The only thing that could slow them down is the customer themselves. It says on the building 10 min oil change, it was about half that. I was very happy and would recommend Lube It USA to anyone!

I came here for an oil change on my 2011 Camry a few days ago, and ever since then my car has had a strong burning smell (sulfur and burning rubber) every time I drive or park. I checked the oil level myself and confirmed it wasn’t overfilled, so the only explanation is that oil was spilled on the exhaust or heat shield during the service. It caused a lot of stress and worry because I thought something was seriously wrong with my car. I’m hoping the shop can make this right by cleaning the spill properly and refunding or adjusting the cost of the service. I’ll be happy to update this review once the issue is resolved.
