I have found my new mechanic. George took my call and had someone who could help me call me back, and they called back. The office clerk Jennifer was polite, patient and professional. Avo was patient when I ran into snags with my extended warranty company. Tony explained things to me in a way that i could understand. This is the only mechanic shop I've been to with a fresh fruit bar. Overall my experience here was wonderful. I have already recommended them to friends.

A fair and honest shop, everytime I’ve been here I left feeling like they gave me a great price and quality service. Today I came in at 8:30AM and although it was busy, Avo listened to the issues I had and immediately had someone working on it. Within 40 minutes he had finished changing my tire and gave me guidelines on the rest of the issues which would be covered by the dealer. I only trust the godfather of pico with my car

I wouldn’t recommend any other place around the area. I found Lucy’s off a large list of auto / repair shops around the city. I spent a couple weeks calling places and pulling up to get estimates for the cost of the damage from my accident. It wasn’t looking too good because almost everywhere I’d check in with were clearly trying to overcharge. When I drove into Lucy’s, Avo met me with so much warmth, it almost felt as if he was family from the get go. He gave me the fairest and most realistic estimate from anywhere else I took my car to. Throughout the entire process he communicated promptly and honestly - with me and the insurance - making the entire thing easier than ever. I can’t express enough how much i appreciate my new uncle and this shop, he truly is the greatest.

I went to Avo for an emergency, my car didn’t switch gear anymore and there had been some other issues too. Not only was the whole team amazing, but Avo took the time to explain to me exactly what was wrong and the step by step process how they repair it. On top of that they had an amazing deal. By comparing with all the other shops in the area, absolutely the best! I will return for anything else in future because they have a repair shop and a body shop. Frankly, it’s tricky to find a mechanic who will be blunt and honest about things and not charge extra for work or just by the customer not knowing how it works. Avo and the team of Lucy’s was the opposite. There’s a great trust here and I’m glad I bumped into this little hidden goldmine. My go to for the next repairs!

Best shop in LA! Everyone here is kind, honest, and extremely knowledgeable of their work. Fixed my check engine light issue the same day I dropped it off. The first place I brought it to tried to rip me off and charge me thousands of dollars for repairs I didn’t need. I bring it to Lucy’s and I get a price quote and honest diagnosis. Avo even went out of his way to help me get discounted parts. This is the most honest auto shop I’ve ever seen. I’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking to get a good honest car service done.

I went to get my AC fixed, and I had a great experience here! I had no idea what the issue was with my AC, but the team walked me through their process and was able to fix it up for me the same day I came in! Avo was super informative about everything and was patient with my car-related questions. If you’re unsure of where to take your car, I would definitely recommend taking it to Lucy’s!

I stopped by this shop to get a price quote for fixing my car’s AC. The owner, an older man, immediately asked how I knew what was wrong with my car. I explained that I had done some reading and tried to narrow it down myself, but wanted a mechanic’s professional opinion. Instead of listening, he asked what I do for a living (not related to cars), then insulted my work, yelled at me for even trying to understand my car, and used profanity. I found his behavior rude, unprofessional, and unnecessarily hostile. It felt more like bullying and ego-driven posturing than customer service. I left with zero trust that this would be a friendly or reliable place to have my car repaired.

This was the first and only time I have had anything good to say about my experience with getting my car serviced. I am a woman and to be spoken to with honesty, kindness, and without feeling used which has been the normal experience I have had but at Lucy’s I was very pleased. Lucy's is incredible. I got into a collision recently and couldn't figure out where to go, I don't have a usual body shop and was scared to be taken advantage of. I LUCKILY found Lucy's and will never go anywhere else. The whole staff is amazingly kind and helpful. Jennifer at the front desk makes you feel so supported through the entire process. Avo is the ultimate owner and king of great customer service. They will go out of their way to provide you with the BEST PRICE and service possible! Reliably Trustworthy Have been using Lucy's for a while. Last time I was there Avo could have sold me some expensive repairs, but instead he let me know that my very old car was probably not worth putting that much into. It's hard to find an auto shop that honest. I recommend Lucy's highly.
