Would like to start out by saying, that we have been bringing all of our vehicles to Lyons car wash for many many years. For the most part, we have never had any issues and we are always very happy when we leave. Recently, we had an oil change done, and of course the car wash and upon leaving, I won’t go into details, but let’s just say that there was an issue. Long story short, I went and got the issue resolved. I just wanted to share that the Manager Abel was very professional and understanding, and we were able to come up with an agreement where we both were pleased at the outcome. As a result, we will continue to bring our vehicles back. I just want to say thank you for the superior customer service, and taking care of your customers.

Hi ,I went to this car wash shop to get my car washed today and when I got home I saw a long & deep scratch on top of my driver side mirror. So i went back and showed it to their staff. I was initially greeted by their staff Ronaldo Estrada and pointed me to his manager Jorge Perez and mentioned the issue. He said he will try to buff it out and see from there. After few seconds my car were brought back and showed me that the scratch did not went away because it was so deep and they cannot do anything else. So I asked them(Perez & Estrada) if what is your protocol when having this kind of issue and they said that there's nothing they can do because maybe it was like that when I came in and insisted that i have that way already and I explained to them that this is a brand car & I came from my house to have it washed and that was not there before and after that they sent me away, they do not even want to provide the owners contact info. I felt that I am being brushed away and does not offer any options or other means to fix this issue ,I was only offered a free car wash but that is not the answer to this problem. I came in with a brand new car and came home with a deep ugly scratch. You're staff are so rude and does not offer any help not even seeing in your camera who or what might have happened from taking in the wash bay to wiping and drying. I have a feeling that it might have happen during drying because I saw about two to three guys working on it and maybe one of the towel fell to the ground and caught a small rock or pebble that accidentally used the same towel and ended up scratching my side mirror. This is not acceptable. I will have to report this to BBB Better Business Bureau to file a complaint if no action is taken. I am a long time customer and having this people running your business has no right to be there who doesn't know how to handle a complaint properly.

I was impressed with this car wash location. They vacuumed my vehicle thoroughly. I hadn't washed my vehicle in over a month, so it was in bad shape (dirt-wise). They even vacuumed my trunk despite all the stuff that was in there. I really appreciated that. My car was spotless and dust-free inside. I watched the employee take his time and thoroughly clean the outside as well. The cost to pay for your vehicle's cleanliness is well worth coming.

1st time here. Fair price. I specifically askee both the cashier and the attendant wiping down my car whether or not the side view mirrors had been blown out, so when I leave there aren't water streaks flying down both sides of my car. Both people said yes, but here I am with water streaks down both sides of my car. This is the biggest pet peeve I have with car washes.

I brought my car in and I thought they did a reasonable job I did notice some scratches on the back trunk I got the 23.00 car wash 2nd to basic so I wasn’t expecting too much but by comparison to what it was before I brought it in they put some work into it and did an ok job. They really need to do a better job cleaning the inside of the rims they left them partially dirty as usual. I really appreciate the customer service at the front desk and the waiting area is decent inside and out. I would come back again but not frequently. I recommend bringing in a used car not anything new. Something you don’t mind getting dingy .

They make you buy something just to get money to tip the workers yet they don't ask (remind) you if you would like tip money when you initially pay.? Sometimes people forget! Now your workers suffer. I'll take my business somewhere else. Terrible policy. Of course they have an ATM machine so they can charge you extra money for that. The workers are great here. Management clearly prioritizes profits over their employees though. Shame on you.

First time here and the service was very nice and helpful as to my request. I have a big dully and was uncertain if they could accommodate my service request of a wash and wax. Was uncertain if my truck would fit. But, they did not blink an eye. I got a good deal for the value. Thank you and great job!!! I do love having a clean vehicle. 😊 🛻

Just bought a brand new car. Had the car waxed with my normal guy last week and the paint was pristine. Payed for a hand wash here and when I got home the entire car now has swirl marks from either dirty towels or whatever they used to hand wash. My Brand new 2025 Porsche is now going to need a polish get all the swirl marks out. Made a huge mistake by trusting this place. Should have trusted my gut

Hand-wash only, no roller brushes. Your car does go inside a conveyor belt though. They were very thorough with the wash, especially on the inside. Car looks very clean. There are restrooms inside, very clean and well maintained. You can buy snacks and drinks too. The gazebo outside is a nice touch. Overall, I love that we have this in SCV. Hand-wash, good price, available restrooms, snacks and drinks it's hard to beat.
