I was definitely over charged this morning. I asked for someone to come in and unlock a safe I lost the keys to and when asked for a quote they guy in the phone said he could not give me one till he showed up. Shows up and says 200 dollars, once done with the job he says 280 “plus taxes”. I ended up paying 350 for them to saw a hole in the safe after not even trying to unlock it in another way. Definitely got scammed into paying that high. They came promptly, I’ll give them that.

Called them after I got locked out of my apartment. They showed up quickly but charged an exorbitant amount of money just to break the lock, and then charged again, basically the same amount, to replace it. I went along with it because I didn’t have another option but I feel like I got ripped off. Would not recommend their prices.
