If I can put zero star I will. This customer service pretty rude at this shop. My car was broken and I bring to the shop and the customer service is very good at the first moment then I got the call from them that the car could not fix. He asked me When I am available to tow my car out of they space they need space for other customer when they said his voice totally different from the first day I met. Then next week when my off I call AAA to tow my car out and unfortunately my AAA driver parked a tow truck. Block the entrance so one guy walked from the office said hey you cannot park here I have a lot of customer will come in this way move to somewhere els. This is really rude of the human that I have not seen. You can respect each other and I think they dont car me that much because they have a lot of car to service they. This is my true story. Only front of house that I met not including the guy working as mechanic.

Heard a groaning noise in the front right side of my 2006 Mini Cooper. Turns out it was my struts. Brandon was clear what needed to be done for the repair and the related costs. It was greatly appreciated that they let me know that some parts were still under warranty which helped with the costs. I always feel that Dante and his team are working for my best interests. Shout outs to Brandon, Dominic, and their transportation service for taking great care of me/my car during this visit.

I highly recommend M Service. We've had at least 4 vehicles serviced there over many years and have appreciated the quality of the work and the attentiveness of the team. Dante, Brandon, and Dominic do a great job in explaining service and repair needs, as well as advising when service isn't required - providing a practical, money-saving approach, rather than just suggesting that unnecessary work be done - essentially, telling you what action they would take if it was their own vehicle.

I got a post-purchase inspection done here after buying a used car. I didn't trust the results of the pre-purchase inspection (from Lemon Squad) because they missed some obvious cosmetic flaws and a broken steering wheel heater. So I brought my car to M Service Inc for some additional peace of mind. The price was fair, the time estimate was accurate, and they gave me free rides to/from BART stations with their shuttle service. I think the staff I talked to included a service manager and the shuttle driver, and both of them were friendly and welcoming! Luckily, no additional issues were found. They also checked the brake pads as I requested because I was curious if they're aftermarket pads or OEM.

I always have a great experience with M Service. Even before I became a customer, I could go in anytime and ask any questions. The team was always helpful and professional. My recent service was thorough and the inspection uncovered an issue from a previous service repair at another shop that I need to go back and have addressed. M Service took pictures so that I have the specific information I need to share with the other shop so that the issue can be addressed properly. My 2013 Volkswagen Jetta has needed service for years. When I brought it to the VW dealership, they gave me a complicated explanation of their diagnostic, told me there was nothing they could do without thousands of dollars of work, and sent me on my way. When I finally gave in two years later and chose M Service, I was a bit nervous. However, my experience here was the complete opposite. Dominic was kind and explained their process in details that I could easily understand. He worked with me after a much more detailed diagnostic, so that I could choose the services my car needed within my budget. Now, my car is running smooth and I no longer need to worry. The service/maintenance/repairs done at MService has always been outstanding. I recently took my 1994 BMW 540i in as it did not pass the first run of its smog test. Because I had not driven it for quite some time there were a lot of major issues with the car. The service I received was done very professionally and with great thought. From the first day I dropped off my car until I received it 10 days later, Brandon and the excellent tech team kept me updated almost daily as to what needed to be done to the car in order to get it running in the best order as possible. We had M service flush our brake system, replace some worn and leaking coolant lines and hoses that were damaged, and replace the original 12V batteries in our 2016 X5. Hybrid. They also resealed a leaking valve cover and thermostat housing on my 2003 E39 M5. An arduous task that I surely wasn’t looking forward to. Great communication, excellent diagnosis and repair work. Very upfront and helpful gathering and delivery of information prior to work and summation thereof. I’d heard great things about this shop for decades. But never used them because I typically do most of my own repairs, maintenance, or modification. Life has got me in a place where I needed to chose where and how I spend my time more wisely so I entrusted them to treat my vehicles as their own. Couldn’t be happier about my decision. The owner is an avid enthusiast himself along with the majority of his team. From the moment you speak to the gentleman at the front desk you’re treated like a friend and they’re always offering their assistance, knowledge, or expertise without being condescending or over the top at all. The techs are all very clean, neat, yet extremely productive. Even the shuttle van driver was a pleasure to chat with on our courtesy ride home. They’ll take the time to explain things if you’d like or follow up with you afterwards with extremely complete summation of work done including photos. To the whole team at M service, top down, are great to work with and I’d highly suggest their services if you have a BMW or Audi that you love and want great care for.
