Whenever I call Mac’s about an issue my car is having, they tell me to come on by and they’ll check it out. They are honest and give me a fair price for the fixes. I will always come here!

Very Honest and affordable! They tell you exactly what you need to do to keep your car operating safely. They let you know what else may be wrong with your car and give you a timeframe you should get it repaired by. By doing this you can better budget your future car repairs.

Great guys, very professional, they fix your car by appointment. They fixed mine too with very reasonable charges. I will go there again if need be and this time will make an appointment earlier

My family and I used to always trust Macs, but they have gone down hill. They failed to diagnose a radiator issue in my car (told me nothing was wrong, despite a fluctuating temp gauge and other warning signs) and as a result the head gasket also went. I wouldn’t trust them to do any diagnostics for you, and I definitely will not be returning to them. I regret trusting their judgement. Not sure if they have gotten too busy, but I am very saddened by this decline.

Had an oil change done on my Camaro. Quick, efficient and very fairly priced. Just found my new mechanic. Thank you Al and thank whoever did my oil!!!

Got my car towed to Mac’s for a programming issue with an Acura. Was recommended from triple AAA but ended up being the worst decision for listening to them. The head mechanic Ed clearly did not know what he was doing and was mis- diagnosing my car for two months claiming that he was waiting for a part that did not fix the car. Had to get it towed and the receptionist was extremely rude and took offense that I wanted my car towed to the dealership. When I saw the car before it got towed, it was full of leaves and had a flat tire for sitting out in the cold for too long. The only reason I kept it there for so long because he kept insisting it was going to be cheaper than the dealership but he ended up charging me $700 and my car would still not turn on. The dealership diagnosed the situation in 1 hour and I got my car fixed for only $300. The dealership even told me he ripped out my automatic key start for no reason and left the part in my backseat! To sum up the whole story Mac’s Auto Repair pretty much had my car for two months and charged me $700 and I got the car towed with the same problem it came in with. The dealership fixed my car in one day. Would never recommend this repair shop to anyone.

Al, is very good explaining the situation about your vehicle to you. Very good work. 👍 go and get your vehicle fixed right. My friend Paul Gravina was the one told me to go and they will take care of your vehicle.

I literally had the best experience of my life in terms of mechanics when I took my vehicle to Mac's. I worked with Paul and I was amazed at the quick turnaround of the vehicle, how professional yet personable and kind he was. Super honest, kind, and even quick! I honestly can't recommend a better place to take your vehicle! Mine now drives like a dream! Thank you Paul!! :)

Again, they have not let me down! My car needed attention and that was exactly what I got! Professional attention in a timely manner that remained in a fair and affordable price range! For over ten years now, I have brought our cars to them and I have yet to not be impressed with the quality and service they do! Thank you Ed and Al and your mechanics for doing great work! This is a one-stop-shop. I haven’t encountered anything they can’t tackle yet. For the last 4 years, no mechanic has been able to successfully turn off my check engine light, but Mac’s did! I couldn’t be more grateful. I had called and gone to multiple mechanics when moving to the Worcester area and was frustrated and disappointed by each one. No one listened, no one could accomplish my checklist and made me go back over and over until I got fed up and found Mac’s. They’re honest, they’re kind, they take notes, they listen, THEY GET THE JOB DONE!! Al at the front desk is truly great. 10/10 customer service. Couldn’t recommend Mac’s more!

These guys really know their stuff! I was referred by Central Auto Body for multiple electrical issue I was having in my Jeep Wrangler that I couldn’t figure out for over a year. They found it & repaired the issue in 3 hours. It ended up being a burnt spot in the wiring harness under the fuse block. I would have never found it myself. Great communication & very reasonably priced. Highly recommended!

Excellent. Unbelievably efficient and so easy to work with. Cost less than the dealership wanted to charge for just the diagnostics. Thank you so much.
