Labor prices are fair, but they scam the customer by charging over quadruple the price for parts. The man in the office was so slow and unhelpful, that I actually think he was on heroin.

My new car had a dent in the lift gate after meeting with a mail box. Madisonville Collision was the third estimate I got to repair the damage. The price was well below the dealership and another well known shop. Bruce let me bring the car in at my convenience and had the job completed in just three days rather than the 4-5 quoted by the others at their convenience. They came highly recommended by Zoom Tech, who does my engine work. I was impressed by the results. My father and his two brothers had their own Body and Fender Shop in New Orleans and I didn't think anyone could ever meet up to their standards. I was wrong ... If you’ve gotten into a collision and want to get ur vehicle repaired at a better than competitive rate then bring it to Madisonville collision specialists. They fixed my Dodge challenger scat pack after a fork lift operator decided to split the passenger side of it open while parked. MCS’s had the repairs done before the contract date and under the contracted price! I’m not going to easily say, ”It looks better than before” because I wish the collision never happened but after getting paid over $1000 more than it cost to repair it and it taking very little time to get it done…it does look better than before! I have been bringing vehicles to get repaired here ever since I moved here in 1994 and my kids now driving will bring their cars here if they ever need to get them fixed due to an unexpected collision. Best work, best price, reasonable times of completion…go here if you want the best!
