They did a decent job, but the thing that upset me was that they didnât vacuum under my floor mats. They just cleaned the mats. And then they also took out my daughters car seat out and didnât even clean the seat underneath?? And then threw her car seat back in so I had to put my toddler in my front seat while I struggled to set my car seat back up (it was just me and my toddler so i didnât have anyone to watch her while I did this and anyone who installs a car seat, knows it can be a struggle sometimes). I wish I had noticed all of this because I tipped all of the guys $10 each :(

Used them for the first time and it was very easy. The workers were kind and helpful since I didnât know how it all worked. My car looks great! Fair price and I was in and out within 45 minutes!

After spending 30 dollars on a car wash I would expect it to be clean. After a 40 minute wait I got my car... There's still stuff all over the carpet and they didn't even bother to wipe up a spill on the side of my car. Two rims were also left filthy. :(

I have used this car wash for years. Have always had good work done. But noticed a change over the last few months. Charge more, and detail to work has gone down. Of coarse they still want there tip.

I left with scratches on my aftermarket tint on the inside of one of my windows. I called Magic Touch and was told to come back down to the place as they couldnât do anything without seeing it. After I drove back, Manuel took a look at my window and wiped off some polish that was left on after the detail. He said there was no way it could have been from them as they use blue rags for the windows. Manuel said I have to speak with his boss another day, but I donât feel like theyâd do anything but waste my time again. My mom said she warned me, as she left with with an oily sheen on her windows. Iâd recommend spending the extra money and going elsewhere as itâs going to cost me more money than the detail to have the tint replaced.

Awful. Awful, Awful!! I drove up to get my new car detailed and these A-holes put permanent stains on my light color upholstery. The manager said to me "I'm tired of you white people coming back after we service your cars and blaming us for damages that you drove in with and expect us to fix. This is worse place ever I will never ever go back there again and I suggest you don't either. They are rude, disrespectful and did not fix my seats after they stained them be aware đ¤ they did offer to fix them if I paid another hundred dollars! Here is one of the rude managers who works there don't go there and save yourself a headache and from being ripped off!

For 25 bucks you get your car washed, including door frames.your wheels wiped down. Better than the auto wash across the street. They will detail your car's inside as well. Have not done this but most people here got it done. Friendly service. If you get a car wash this is the place to go.

My husband went here recently to get our car detailed. However they did not do a good job. They took people (who came after us) before us. They rushed through the job and did not vacuum the car well at all. Whatever chemicals they used to clean our car discolored our car (see photo). My husband spoke to the manager and instead of being willing to give the money back (I know times are tough, but still) they offered to redo it. So instead of making it right they want to do another poor job.

Great experience at this car wash! Even though the prices are a little higher than other places, the quality of service makes it completely worth it. My car looked spotless inside and out, and the staff paid close attention to detail. I took the platinum package and they took care of everything. Definitely coming back!

The crashed my new truck. They called me just now and are saying it wasnt their fault. It happened inside when they drive it through their machine. Im filing a police report. The manager said this happens all the time!

Not really happy with their work. They missed the attention to detail and for $42.00 you would think that they would wipe all the dust and clean the cracks on the dash I'm not worried about the vents but look at my pictures I will not bring it back there I will find another place.

We bring our vehicles here and they always do a great job. The fellas at the end of the wash take the time to dry all the door jambs and glass. The ones upfront clean off the bugs before it enters the tunnel. Great service!

I came down here even though itâs pretty far from home because thereâs no âfull service car washesâ in my area. Only âdetail shopsâ that are super expensive. So my car was in desperate need of a professional wash inside. I have 3 small shedding dogs so between their fur, dirt from our shoes and their paws, small rocks, leaves and mud, my car was pretty bad. For about $40 and an hour, the guys at Magic Touch car wash did a pretty decent job. So areas were missed between the driver seat and center counsel and under the floor mats up front. OverallâŚ, Iâll be back and I would recommend them. But next time Iâll point out the areas I want them to focus on. Maybe that will help. If it does Iâll change my rating to 5 stars.

My interior was very dusty, dirty and the floor mats were covered in fir needles. They should did a great job on the $48 cleaning. Wasn't perfect, but I didn't pay for the complete detailing job either. Got my money's worth and tipped the guy's $15 extra. I've always had a great experience with their service.
