Major League was very professional and easy to work with. They did a fantastic job on vacuuming and shampooing my carpets and conditioning my leather seats. After completion I noticed quite a few spots around the interior, handlebars, seatbelts, and roof. However they were quick to correct this and spent extra time to get it cleaned up to my satisfaction. I was impressed with how they handled the situation.

I loved the experience with with Conner and his team. They were prompt and professional without being over bearing. He had been very patient with my car problems and was able to reschedule without any problems. They seem to really care about the vehicles that are brought to them. Great honest and straight forward business. Shopped around the area for a week or two and honestly couldn't find anyone that wasn't trying to pressure me into a sale. Major League Detailing came out to do detailing on our Tesla Model 3. Austin was the detailer - he did an outstanding job, was thorough and detail oriented. We appreciated the good work and having that done as a mobile service was great. They were clean and respectful while providing the service. Update: MLD stepped up to the plate with a second vehicle and Connor and crew knocked this one out of the park again. I brought in my parents CR-V, for detailing and the 3year ceramic. Wow, what great work, they really worked hard on the car and on service for meeting us to pick-up the car. I highly recommend their work, attention to detail, pricing, and great service! Update 2: MLD - my kids purchased a used Model 3, it had a LOT of dog fur, red rock dirt, and was generally in need of a serious detail. It was the first time, while looking over a used car, that I thought - I know Connor and his MLD team can fix this aspect of this car. We brought it in and Austin "knocked it out of the park"! Thanks for giving us that level of confidence and the attention to detail in your work. Amazing work again!

Update: The owner reached out to me via text message. Based on my interactions with the owner and the final cost of the detail, my overall experience has changed from very negative to quite positive. He and a technician met me at my mothers home to go over my concerns with the interior detail, they offered to redo that part of the job. While the initial job was very lacking, after the tech cleaned the interior of the car a second time it was much closer to my expectations. My mother also contacted them regarding the amount she was charged, which was $416. They said they would submit a refund for the amount she was overcharged, so the detail cost lined up with what she was originally quoted. While these issues shouldn't have happened in the first place, I am very happy with how it has all been handled. Edited review: the original review was posted when picking up the car, in the dark. I have to wonder if the car was also cleaned in the dark. I have left the original review at the end Today was the first time I was able to look at things in the daylight which revealed some very disappointing things. This is my elderly mothers car, that she had detailed in preparation to sell it. The job that was done is really not satisfactory to me. The interior seems to have been only vacuumed and quickly wiped down, leaving spills, stains and dirt untouched in places. Some of the things I noticed: there were streaks on the hard surfaces, so the cloth used was either too wet or dirty, the steering wheel cover was not removed, or cleaned under, a lot of dirt and buildup was left under it. There was an old drip on the gear shift leather, along with dust, so it wasn't cleaned. There are many stains on the headliner, that weren't touched. Headliner cleaning isn't listed as one of their capabilities, but stain removal is, and it should have been pointed out that they wouldn't be able to fully clean the interior of the car, if that was the case. The carpet mats weren't cleaned well at all. The car doesn't smell like one that was detailed or cleaned recently. There are a lot of things pointing to this not being a full interior/exterior detail. The ozone machine did very little to give the car a clean smell, which makes sense if nothing was shampooed or steamed. The ozone isn't a cure all, and it can't remove smells from upholstery or carpet, only from the air. We were able to get scheduled relatively quick, and they seemed to do a pretty thorough job of detailing, and provided an ozone treatment to remove lingering odors.
