Extremely unpleasant experience with front desk staff. The lady that was in charge, was so rude and did not even want to provide quote for repair. Telling me almost yelling that she is not interested in providing quote. First time having this type of customer experience. Do not recommend to have any business with them unless they will change front desk stuff. Awful.

I had the lovely pleasure of working with Marcia who treated me as if I were a daughter each & every time I went to see her. I got in several accidents within a short period of time with some unfortunate luck & Marcia supported me along the way. She was very kind, patient, and understanding regarding my situation. Most importantly, she helped make sure I was being treated fairly by the insurance companies and was not being taken advantage of due to my age. I was getting constantly blown off, and she helped me figure out what was what. Would highly recommend to anyone, but especially young females in need of car repairs. Hopefully will not be needing any more repairs in the near future, but if I ever do this will be the place I go!

Absolutely horrible customer service. Woman answered the phone without a greeting, as I proceeded to ask my 1 question, I was interrupted and talked over several times. The only reason why we had to choose this location of service, for an inspection was b/c it was an Allstate approved claims location. To make matters worse, she said “I apologize if my English isn't clear enough for you.” As a business owner myself, I would never talk down to a potential customer, interrupt or talk over them. Common courtesy would allow the person calling in to give all their information first and then proceed to answer. She needs to go back to school for formal customer service and phone etiquette. No wonder their reviews are standing at a 3.9. I wish I could leave a negative score but 1 star will have to do. *** Update as of 10/8/24: The rest of the interactions were MUCH better. Said vehicle was repaired, communication was prompt via emails and calls. I will change my stars from 1 to 4 and chalk up the initial interaction as someone having an off day and a lesson learned from previous review. I wish all small businesses success. ***

I would say the before and after photos speak for themselves, the team at Mandi Auto Body are absolute professional in collision repair! When I dealt with Kevin he was also very professional very honest and very helpful. He made it very clear that him and his team have been going through a busy season and still delivered a professional finish when promised! Something I haven’t experienced before when dealing with auto body repair. Definitely recommend these guys for anyone who’s looking for a perfect finish when repairing their vehicles!
