AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. After employee, or the owner, (didn't care to ask, if your hiring men this angry and narcissistic then your guilty as a business owner also) threatened violence against me, a female, and LITERALLY ASSAULTED MY CAR (lol can't make this up, my car was seriously kicked) this entitled mouth breather got so FRUSTRATED that I had a diff opinion on how my car was crappily fixed, that he seriously turned to violence. There are plenty of good business in Waterbury, this is not one of them. Seriously avoid this place. It's in a nasty area where you wouldn't want your car parked outside at night anyways. And the towing part?!?!? Females, have pepper spray on you if you need this company to tow you. STAY AWAY. I will be filing a complaint with BBB about this places conduct also. Sorry baby but just because I'm a female doesn't mean you can try and get one over me! If your a female and feel like having a really horrible, assaulty, experience, then come here! But have a male with you so they don't try and charge you an extra 1,438$. Awful place. Awful awful awful

12/2023 for over 5 yrs i have been bringing my Son car to manny. Driving from waterbury for repairs. My son is a college kid and i am disabled/ out work, but i went to manny because his repairs are spot on! The dealer service dept would just want to sale me a car. Due to our cars are old 2005 car with 280,000 miles. So we can not afford a new car or the dealership repair cost of a old car. So going to a meriden ct family-owned business is why we drive 40 miles to let manny and family work on our cars to keep them running like new! He does not over charge or take advantage of you. My son knows little about cars or his friends. But i trust Manny's automotive to be honest and tell him what is correct and not over charge him.. my only negative is he does not have a shop in waterbury ct and you have fight to get in due SO MUCH MUCH DEMAND FOR HIM for his car repairs.. lol Manny is a honest mechanic!! Hard to find in these days.. once you try him you will not want to bring your vehicle ANYWHERE ELSE! I promise u that!! So give him a call 📞 but you may have to leave a message or keep trying, he is the number 1 repair Shop in Meriden ct. God bless him for Helping regular people keep there vehicles going with out empty there pockets! 🙏

Don't ever go here . You auto will be ruined. You will be ripped off. They steel parts off your car. They create problems. Broke everything they touched . Your better off getting screwed by a dealer.
