I have been a regular customer at Marco’s car wash for years. I went to the car wash Saturday and left with damages to my rims and tires. I took pictures and left a voicemail after business hours. After calling the owner multiple times, he finally returned my phone call and told me to bring my car in. I arrived at the car wash and the owner immediately accused me of lying without hearing me out. He said that “I hit a curb” and that staff and equipment couldn’t have did this because “He knows his business”. He was very disrespectful and if I would’ve known that he treats his customers like this then I never would’ve supported his business from the beginning. I wasn’t seeking anything in particular to get this wheel fixed, I just wanted to bring it to his attention. Although I am really satisfied with the staff’s work (they do a phenomenal job with washing your car) I will definitely not be back because of the owners attitude.

Unprofessional and ok quality, at best. I was recommended here by a friend and I guarantee you I will not be back. I dropped off my car to have it washed and vacuumed this morning (paid for the platinum service) and told them I’d be back this afternoon. I came back to a car that was still dirty. The side of the door didn’t even appear to be wiped down (photo 1) and still had dirt on it that I wiped off with my hand. There was some sticky substance on my sunglasses holder and there were these white spots on 3/4 windows and on the windshield. After seeing some of these issues I tipped accordingly and was flipped off as I was leaving. Definitely don’t recommend this place unless you want a semi-clean car for around $25!

I’m VERY particular about how my cars look especially being an all black vehicle and I had frequented a car wash on Jonestown Rd when I need it done but their turnovers were ridiculous and I had to repeatedly tell them to revacuum my interior and it hit a point to where I had to tell the detailer 3 times that I wanted my license plate CLEAN. So I read the reviews and headed here. Now granted, they did have a line, like any car wash will have when it’s nice outside but I watched the detailers handle the cars. No bare hands were seen:if they had to touch the car, they had a rag. And they walked over & over a car before flying up the rag letting you know the car was done. I used to detail cars for a living when I first started my career in finance so I know it’s hard work. But this car wash makes the wait not so bad if you can get a SUV that was brown from being extremely dirty back to her shiny black self. Highly recommend this place!!

My car was absolutely disgusting 🫣 I travel for work and we spend alot of time in my car. I took it to get seats shampooed and detailed to the max. They did a great job. Took their time and did their best. Thank you marcos!!! 😊

Have went here several times and we have always been pleased until today! We live about 40 minutes away, but we take our vehicles here. Today, I took our van and had the platinum car wash done. When I got home I was so mad. The back hatch was filthy, the windows still had dirt all over them. Overall I could have taken to our local drive-thru car wash and it would have done the same or better. I called, the cashier remembered me, but said they couldn’t do anything because I had already cleaned it over. She asked if I knew he done it, there was 3 different ones working on it. All she could say was sorry, that’s awful customer service!!!!!!

I’ve brought my cars to this wash for years and this is the first time I’ve had an issue. Owner states that my “aftermarket glue on stickers” are damaged and non repairable due to them being aftermarket and he has no liability signs state that. I agree except this wasn’t damage from the car wash this was pure neglect from the car wash staff I watched as my car went through the wash and the employee bumped my car into the guard on both front and rear damages are only to the driver side. Not passenger if the tire scrubbers were the reason it would have damaged both sides. Not only were my tires damaged but the center console now has a scratch due to the employee climbing across to exit out passenger side pictures below. This car has been meticulously maintained and washed by hand for the life of the car and has been in multiple car shows I figured if this car wash could handle Ferrari’s and Bentley’s that I should definitely be ok taking my car here. I was wrong.

I’ve been coming to this car wash for over 10 yrs. Every week I wash about 4-5 cars here religiously. Today I’m told by the owner that my 2023 ram truck has dirt on the outside and can not be washed. It is too dirty to go into the car wash. Correct me if I’m wrong but is this not what I came for. Is this not the reason your workers pre power wash and scrub before entering the wash bay? Truly I am at a lost for words. Also disgusted at the fact of someone who has been so loyal to this location is treated so rudely by the owner of the location. It is unfortunate since I have built a wonderful relationship with the guys who work here and do a great job. However!! His customer service is atrocious and really shows how much an owner really doesn’t appreciate his loyal customers. This is the last time I will be returning here.

I have been going to Marco’s for several years and have never had an issue until today. My car already isn’t a very dirty car so not too much to clean. I’m pretty sure they used the same rag to wipe the inside that they used on the outside because the inside is more dirty after I left than it was when I got there. They did not put my floor mats back correctly and did a half job on vacuuming. I could have done better myself and will not be going back.

Usually when I go to Marco’s Car Wash they do a fantastic job but today was the worst! Dirt on my back window, dash have clean, dirt on inside doors and didn’t even look like it was wiped down in back seat. Not sure I will be back!

For $25, there isn't a better full-service car wash out there! It's a little way out for me, but so worth it. I've easily spent this much or more to have my car washed and cleaned inside and out throughout different places in the Triad and have always been disappointed. The drive-thru car washes tout fancy add-ons and such but always leave dirty spots on my car and then other places that have folks hand wipe usually charge a little more for those additional details. At Marco's, they run it through their car wash and hand-wipe your car at the end. Additionally, they clean and vacuum the inside of your car as well. It's always such a thorough job! Fortunately, I'm on maternity leave right now so I've got the time to pick odd hours to take my car in, which is great because the wait is less. During their busiest hours, the line can be insanely long and can take hours to get in. The inside waiting area of their shop also has things you can buy like snacks, ice cream, car accessories, and gift cards. A nice touch and makes a lot of sense!

Paid for a platinum wash on my Chevrolet Silverado. First I’ll say they faded the plastic that holds the mirror to a white color with their chemicals. The windshield had dirt left all over it, the inside of the door still had dried dirt stuck to it. The floorboard wasn’t vacuumed good. Waste of 29$ for a wash and waste of 10$ tip. My first and last time ever coming here

I pass about 3 car wash to get to Marco's every time. This is because of their efficient and quality service. Extremely friendly staff. Kid friendly environment and relaxing waiting area both inside and out. Money's worth result!!!

Took my truck in for a full detail. My truck was supposed to buffed, waxed, clay bar, full detail inside. Somehow Marcos did all this on a full size black truck in 5 hours. Literally removed 0 scratches. I wasn't expecting it to be perfect again by any means. I asked the owner to look at it. He was not pleasant and seemed bothered by me even questioning the work. I asked for a partial refund. He said no way. He told me my entire 2022 truck needed to be repainted. He offered me a free car wash on a $300 detail!! Complete joke! If you want a normal car wash Marcos is fine, but don't get ripped off like I did. To say I was disappointed in the work and the owner is an understatement.

Really disappointed following a wash of my wife’s car. The facility is pretty nice and the staff was engaging in conversation about Veterans Day, etc. But when she got home we took a look at the car and you could see the swirls and scratches left after the wash. The car is new and this is the first time she’s taken it to a facility rather than us wash it ourselves. She takes pride in her car and it’s appearance and was really disappointed when we saw this. More disappointing was when I called, I was immediately met with obstinate responses of “there’s no way that happened” or “it’s not possible” “microfiber can’t scratch a car” or my favorite “we wash our rags after every car” - these quotes all came from David at about 5 pm on the 11/11/2025

DO NOT WASH YOUR CAR HERE UNLESS YOU WANT SCRATCHES!! This car wash ruined my paint on my new car. As you can see in the picture there are scratches all over the entire body! The owner claimed that “black paint naturally looks like that in the sun” but I have hand washed and dried my car before as you see in the before picture and it never looked like this. Grazzi the owner did not want to take responsibility whatsoever and was very rude. This is going to cost me close to $1000 to polish and get rid of scratches. (Reply) Owner showed me other black vehicles including a bmw that had the same marks after the wash, saying that it was “normal”. I did not demand anything, I have nothing against the owner I’m just sharing my experience so others can know and take caution. God bless
