I purchased a 2025 Ram 1500 Limited 2 weeks ago. But it has been in the shop since the day after I brought it home. I only purchased it because the salesman, Rey, was amazing and the Margate dealership had the vehicle I was looking for. The manager, Eric Grenier, was VERY disrespectful and directly LIED on at least 2 occasions during the transaction. He has since ghosted me with the problems I have reported. I had to take my new Ram to another dealer for service (same owner as Margate). They informed me that the Margate dealership was negligent in delivering me the truck in "ship mode" or "dealer mode" before cycling it to "customer mode" which led to over a dozen electrical systems failing sporadically, such as the door locks, seat controls, charging ports, etc. Now, they are working with Chrysler to fix the main issue. They have attempted over 3 times thus far. It has been 2 weeks and they still cannot repair. Margate should have quality controlled this vehicle before selling it. Now they are going to be responsible for the Florida Lemon Law replacement. Guess what... I am being ghosted by them to the point now that I am writing this review. Shame on the Margate dealership. I am stuck in a rental with no end in sight when I was supposed to be in my new vehicle.

I am extremely happy with the service they have done with my RAM truck. From the beginning great and professional staff (shout out to David D. Service advisor). They took care of everything, reached out to my insurance provider, and organized Uber rides every time I needed them. Great communication, very friendly, and absolutely professional in every aspect. I visited a few other dealerships in the past and was not very happy with them, but i can 100% recommend this place. I definitely will go back anytime. Thanks for your good job!! I would give more than 5 stars if possible... :-) see you soon...

Shady dealership. Told me they would offer same deal as another dealership and after running my credit I get in to finance for them to rack on another $2k in fews that they said would be included in price. 3 hours of my time wasted. Save yourself the trip.

RUN AWAY! Horrible service, truly zero stars, will never deal with this place again and will ACTIVELY direct people away. After this whole story below, what they did didn't fix the problem! Was told they could start diagnosis the following day. Never heard anything, so had to call for an update. No status provided, "be patient". I called again 2 days later. Same thing, no status, "be patient". Find out the tech was also working several other jobs at the same time. Called a day later and said they believe there's excess oil leading to the codes, they'd remove some and verify codes are gone. I wait another 1.5 days and give up and call again. Have to talk to a different service advisor because mine is out. Other advisor states my vehicle needs an oil pump replaced, but can't give me a cost, have to wait for my advisor to come back tomorrow. If the fix was known, I should have been called immediately with the cost so I could authorize the work or get my vehicle back. Over a week and they expect me to just keep waiting. Every time I call for status, because they said it would be done, they act like I'm the one being unreasonable. After all the waiting, they maybe determine a fix and gouge me on the price, knowing I'm already on the hook for the diagnosis charge (which somehow doubled after they started) if they don't do the work. I authorize the work, which I'm told will be "mostly complete today, will finish up and test next day". 2 days later I give up and call again because I hear nothing. Again have to talk to another advisor, but they will tell me nothing and simply promise to have advisor call. Give up and call again after 2 hours, and advisor won't answer the phone so have to go through the operator. Advisor finally states it's in process, taken apart just waiting for the tech to finish (find later this is false). Can't give me an estimate to finish job that's already a day overdue, so I'm back to waiting for them to call just for status. Gave up day 3 and went back in person. Advisor texting and doesn't acknowledge for a few minutes. Looks up and says it's still not done, not sure when it'll be ready. I insist on talking to management, and after walking off to find one, comes back within 5 minutes with a status and estimated timeline of tomorrow, after failing to be able to do that over the last almost 2 weeks. Mgmt was no better, making it seem like I'm unreasonable and that none of the employees bear any responsibility. Give up and call again near the end of next day. Advisor needs to check with the tech and will call me back in 20 min. After waiting another hour, I call again to find out advisor went to lunch. Still not done after all their assurances it would be complete in the morning (also now lets me know it didn't even get taken apart until this day, making every previous update a lie). Just give us till tomorrow... No call in the morning as promised (even agreed to a time). Call again and get placed on hold for 45 minutes. Hang up and call again, getting another advisor who says it'll be ready "around the end of the day". Failed to get it done again. Next morning I get a call saying there's 30 min of work left and a test drive, it will definitely be done before the afternoon. I start trying to call at 1pm and for an hour cannot get anyone, even an operator, to answer the phone, so I have to go there again to find out what's going on. The car is sitting there in a parking spot with another in front of it, so who knows how long it had been done without notifying me. Advisor tries to charge me for the diagnostic fee ("accidentally"), then supposedly takes it off but price is still wrong, and it isn't until I insist that the price is not what was agreed that he pays close enough attention to actually take it all off. Then as I'm getting my card out, and never before, I get told that they'll charge me an additional 3% to use a credit card. I finally get my vehicle, and find that they couldn't even be bothered to wash the grease and such from their work off, nor replace the tire stem covers that they removed.

BACK AGAIN! I recently posted about how wonderful Arrigo at Margate was for helping me resolve my issues with the Dodge Charger Daytona RT Stage 1, breaking down. Even though several days passed, they were able to find me a replacement Dodge Charger Daytona RT Stage 1, 10 days later, which I picked up on March 18, 2025.I had this vehicle for a Day and a Half, when this vehicle also broke down. You can imagine how frustrated I was to know, not only did one vehicle break down, but now the second one for the same issue surrounding the brakes, computer, limp mode, front collision, traction control and also a loud metal banging noise coming form the vehicle while moving. The vehicle was towed to Arrigo Margate on March 20, 2025 at 7:00am. Fast Forwarding: Today is March 25, 2025, and once again I am still without a vehicle or a resolution to this disappointing and frustrating issue. While I was at Arrigo Margate, I was informed by the Service Department, the mechanic also experienced the same mechanical breakdown, while he was test driving it today. This information was relayed to the finance Manager Arturo, who has been working diligently in trying to resolve this matter. Arturo contacted me today and advised he would be able to get me into another vehicle and to stop by the dealership. When I arrived I explained to Arturo, I do not wish to own a Dodge Charger Daytona RT Stage 1, due to the safety concerns I have experienced, however would like to get into the Scat Pack model. Arturo advised in order for me to get into the Scat Pack, my monthly payment would increase. Frustrated in hearing this, I explained that I would expect Arrigo at Margate would want to get me into the vehicle of my choice without increase, after all I have experienced with the two previous vehicles they sold me. Arturo asked me to wait until Friday March 28, 2025, until Finance Manager Josh returns, in order to resolve this continued issue. In closing, this original vehicle purchase was conducted on March 8, 2025 and 17 Days Later, a car and Insurance payment is due, and I am still without a vehicle (I have a Loaner, but it is not mine). I will wait until Friday March 28, 2025, out of respect to Finance Manager Arturo, however, I am expecting Arrigo at Margate to stand up in support of their customer! An updated rating will be provide for this review, once Arrigo at Margate has resolved this.

Drop my car over the weekend and spoke to the service Gentlemen (Brian) and was told that there are a lot of cars in the shop and it would be 48 hours before he could diagnose it. 96 hours later and still no diagnosis. Meanwhile, I'm on the hook for the rental I'm paying. I could never get a clear answer from this guy, and it's very difficult to get him on the phone or to even call back. I have a warranty service that will be paying for this and will also pay for my rental. However, they are waiting for the service department to call them with their final diagnosis. The level of service is borderline professional at best. I purchased my car At Joey Accardi, DODGE. Every time I go in there, I am treated like a VIP, even though I'm not. My car is seen promptly within any reasonable time and I have never been made to wait a whole week for just diagnosis. The level of stress and anxiety this place is causing is ridiculous. I am on the hook for this rental vehicle until they put in my claim and yet they are moving slower than a snails pace. Meanwhile, the rental bill just keeps adding up. I will never come here again and I suggest you don't either. The big shame is that my plan was to go here to buy my next vehicle because they're close by and one of my friends told me some good things about the purchase of his vehicle there. While the purchase may have been smooth and come with great reviews the service department there is the complete opposite in my experience. I currently have 21k followers on my podcast and I will be allocating time on the show to inform my local viewers to read the other reviews including this one and stay far far away from this place.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received. My car has been in the shop for almost two weeks, and I’ve been paying out of pocket for a rental car during this time. Despite this, the service department took over a week to contact my extended warranty provider after the inspection—and only after I called to remind them. Trying to get in touch with anyone, especially Brian, is like trying to reach the president. I’ve been on hold for nearly an hour multiple times, only to be placed back on hold without a single acknowledgment or “please hold.” This happened three times, which is completely unprofessional. I understand that the team may be busy, but excellent and professional customer service is critical in any business. This experience has been frustrating and far below acceptable standards. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and implements changes to improve communication and service quality.

Avoid this repair shop at all costs. Initially sat on my car for 3 weeks, “waiting on a part”. Unbelievable. Then told me my auxiliary battery was dead and wanted around $500 to replace. 15 mins of labor at home, and a free battery tester proved that the battery is perfect and healthy. Glad I told them no, and will never be taking my car back to this repair shop. Scammy.

Excellent service with honesty you don’t see often anymore I brought my RAM 1500 to CDJR of Margate for a regular oil change. I casually mentioned a noise coming from the rear, and honestly didn’t expect much. But Ufredo and the mechanic went above and beyond. Not only did they take care of the engine oil, they actually checked out the issue in the rear differential, explained exactly what was going on, and replaced the fluid — all without me asking for extra. What really stood out? They didn’t try to upsell me anything. No pressure, no scare tactics. Just solid work and straight-up honesty. Ufredo was down-to-earth, super helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure I understood the problem and my options. If you’re in the Margate area and want a dealership that treats you right — these are your guys. I’ll definitely be back when it’s time to fix the diff or for anything else.

I scheduled my truck for a recall. Many times, women feel taken advantage of at dealerships. Brittney was so easy to talk to and put my mind at ease immediately. She definitely went above and beyond and I truly appreciate that. Thank you!

4 years ago I came here and the service was great. Recently while getting the last few services has been awful. While waiting for a service I was harassed to sell my vehicle while I was waiting for it to be serviced. They even chase me down to my vehicle pounding on my window. Talk about terrifying. Most recently I brought it in for new tires and a multi-point inspection-specifically asking for the video to review. That was not done. The tires were put on incorrectly resulting in unsaved driving so I brought it back the next day. Did a diagnostic. They told me I needed to have thousands in service done. Provided the warranty information and they never reached out to them. No communication regarding what was going on with my vehicle. My vehicle was there for 2 weeks. No empathy or sympathy for the fact that I didn't have a vehicle to drive to work. After 2 weeks I took my vehicle elsewhere. Had another multi-point inspection done at another Jeep dealership and they found nothing wrong. Major fraud happening here. They had a new manager that after over 20 calls over the span of 2 weeks trying to reach him told me he was new and was putting out fires everywhere and couldn't really help me. Would not recommend. After the experience I've had I don't even want a Jeep anymore because I feel like I can't trust any of these people.

Absolutely the best service department I've ever been to. When we pulled in, we were greeted by Alfa, a gentleman who showed us where to go to see our advisor, Will. Alfa then covered our interior with plastic. Never has this been done for us at other dealers. Our Service Advisor, Will, greeted us as if we were his only customers. He spent time with us and discussed our needs. We then waited in the lounge where there is free coffee and water and also vending machines. We love our Jeep and their service department is awesome😄

Went in for a quick check of my recent purchase due to a letter I had received. But turns out all was good and no charge for the rep to double check my vehicle.

Taking my jeep to the dealer creates anxiety for me. How long will they have it? How many weeks until they put it on the rack to see what's wrong? I bought my 392 got it down the block and it had this weird rattling like a bucket of bolts. It resonated throughout so knew it had to be related to exhaust. This exhaust is factory welded. So seemed odd it would create such a noise. The dealer I bought from had it about 3 weeks claimed there was no issue or could not find. I eventually found the issue and self repaired. Since then I have taken to private repair shop for oil changes and such. Until I was stuck in 4wd. Took it to this dealer and they repaired and I had my vehicle back within 3 days. Great communication and customer service by Austin. He was fantastic! Always keeping me updated daily. I will be going back and recommend them for all dealer needs related to jeep service. 4stars because I had issue with Blindspot to which Austin corrected immediately but I did have to object to the initial quote provided and create a conversation to come to an ammicable resolution. Still very happy with end result.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had the pleasure of working with Brittany Lowe today as I dropped off my work vehicle for routine maintenance and an oil change. From start to finish, her customer service was excellent—she made me feel at home and streamlined the entire process. Brittany even arranged an Uber ride for me so I could get back to work while my vehicle was being serviced. As a business owner, time is extremely valuable, and it’s refreshing to rely on someone who understands that. Brittany truly goes above and beyond for her customers, and for that, she gets 5 stars from me. Highly recommend asking for her when you visit Arrigo Dodge in Margate!

I wanted to share my great experience with the service department at the dealership. I have used Brittany Lowe as my service advisor who has been extremely helpful and professional. She provides detailed updates keeping me informed on the progress of all my repairs in a timely manner. I am grateful for her experience and would come back for all my auto/truck service needs.

I worked with Austin Lake. He did a great job. The wait time for the oil change and inspections was approximately two hours, but I was informed of this ahead of time. I received several updates via SMS and on their website. Very convenient. Service options were clearly explained and recommended without any pushy sales tactics, unlike many other repair shops. Overall, highly recommended.

Absolutely unacceptable experience with Arrigo. I have never been treated with such disrespect by a dealership in my life. Every time I called simply asking for an update on my vehicle, I was met with attitude, hostility, and zero professionalism. Said and Will spoke over me, raised their voices, and eventually hung up on me instead of doing their jobs. When I tried to escalate the situation and speak with a manager, I was left on hold for over 30 minutes with no accountability from anyone. The lack of ethics and customer care here is shocking. After buying a vehicle that has already needed warranty repairs twice in less than two years, you would expect at least basic support — instead, you get treated like an inconvenience. The communication feels misleading, the pricing feels extremely inflated, and the service department acts like customers don’t deserve respect once the sale is done. If you’re thinking about buying from Arrigo, be prepared for a completely different attitude after they have your money. In my experience, this place shows zero responsibility, zero empathy, and a serious failure in customer service standards.

I have purchased 3 vehicles from Arrigo in the past. Their sales team and finance department strive to give you a fair price for your trade in, a below market value for the vehicle you ate looking to but. The dealer fees are reasonable, consider this they have the best certified mechanics of any dealer that I have experienced. They help you to get the repairs done under the warranty. That means the fitness and exceptional customer service that they offer is top teir. This is a free review of a great family dealer in Broward. They have multiple locations to help serve you and service your vehicle.
