Unprofessional, lack of follow ups, damage to car. When picking up my vehicle, a black 2003 Cobra, I did a walk around as I always do once parked, and noticed several blemishes (scratches and constant rubbing) on the fender. I could only hope that staff take time and caution while performing the service I paid for (serpentine belt/supercharger belt). I’ve done my best to keep my vehicle clean and scratch-less to the best of my abilities, just to have a complete lack of care for my car while in their possession. It doesn’t look like they covered the surrounding areas which is standard practice and common sense and just let their clothes and tools rub on the paint while they were working. When I brought this to the attention of the manager (through direct message) they immediately called and offered to detail the vehicle for free. Still upset, I informed them that the car was also coated and detailed with a ceramic coat and asked if they were going to cover that as well. Mark Rose Auto requested photos of the scratches and would address it. I inquired about the name and info of the detail shop that they would be using and was ignored. I did not feel comfortable not knowing where my car would be worked on, especially so after the initial incident. I provided a video of the damage along with receipt of the ceramic coat for verification. I notified the shop through email and the personal mobile number which the manager provided, and after four days and counting, there has still been no response or correspondence. All messages have been ignored and it seems now that they are refusing to be take accountability for the damage. This has not been the first stop at Mark Rose Auto however, it shall be my last. As much I as I try to always support a local shop, I cannot support unprofessionalism, incompetence, and the blatant disregard for my possessions while under their “care”. I take pride in my car and expect the same in a mechanic shop. Note : this post was deleted by business and reposted. 03/11/2020- 1700hrs

Had them replace my brake line that unfortunately blew out on me. They are probably the best mechanic shop in Ewing township. Affordable , respectable and down to earth shop. Can see myself going back for any future services. Kinda wish I discovered you guys years ago.

I have always had a positive experience as well as ALL my brothers (3 go here) and my parents (who are divorced and still agree this is the best shop). This shop has fit me in last minute several times. They have saved me thousands of dollars when i went to them for a second opinion after a dealer said my Subaru needed new valves and head (it needed a timing belt) They've patched a punctured Jeep tire in minutes when I just rolled in unannounced after hearing a pop. They've let me know what to prepare for in the future whenever I get my oil changed and rotate my tires as they do a thorough walk-around and inspection and let me know what they see and what is an immediate issue and what can be put on the backburner. This is all just a SAMPLE of what they've done for me and my Civic, my Impreza and my Wrangler over the last ten years. I can give even more great examples for what they've done with my wife's Milan. They have always guaranteed their work, charged fair prices and been honest and accommodating.

I had a good first time experience at Mark Rose. My car was leaking antifreeze and I thought there might be a problem with the radiator or water pump. Diagnosis was done within an hour by pressurizing line. Leak was attributed to a broken hose clamp. I received a call with an estimate. Repair was completed quickly and for a fair price. I appreciated the good service and honesty. I will go back if/when needed.

Called Mark about installing a leveling kit on my Silverado and he fit me in for the very next day. Installed within a couple of hours and they called me to let me know it was done. I called for a quote to replace a battery in my 2014 porsche cayenne s .The lady on the phone side she didn't know where the battery was and I would have to bring my car. You think they would ask the mechanic or have someone who knows cars answer the phone. Plus she. was rude.

I've been taking my vehicles to Mark's for about 12 years now and I've never had an issue with the service or prices. Everything domestic and foreign, they do their best to work with you and your needs/budget. Just a few months ago, I had all 4 tires replaced on my truck by a local tire shop. While I was at the tire place, they quoted me for excessive front end work, which would've amounted to costly repairs (of which I definitely wanted a 2nd opinion on). So when I needed an oil change & tire rotation, I went to Mark Rose Auto Repair and they looked into the issues on their own, the bottom line was that I only really needed to replace an outer tie rod end on the passenger's side. It was a reasonably inexpensive fix on my Colorado. The truck was back in my hands the very next morning. They're dependable and very experienced. Depending on the job you need done vs. what you can do for yourself, you should check them out. Years later, I'm glad that I had on the suggestion of a dear friend. Cheers

Dropped my car off Sun night before Xmas on Thurs. Spoke on the phone Monday about the repair. Called Wed mid-day to check status. Employee told me they were now closed. Ok fine, Xmas eve, but I told him I was disappointed that no one called me to tell me I wouldn’t have my car before Xmas. Employee groused about the part being wrong, so I simply said a heads up would have been nice. He hung up on me. Also failed to tell me that they would be closed day after Xmas. So when I finally picked up my car on Monday, I told another employee that I felt the phone manner was unprofessional. This employee said they don’t like being yelled at on the phone. Never raised my voice on that call, did not curse, was not rude. I won’t be going back to this establishment.

Mark's sons are running the business now. I had a part replaced, was not put on correctly. Took it back, two times, they told me they were busy. Two loose bolts. My neighbor fixed it for me. It took 5 minutes. Mark was fair and a good guy. My outcome with these two, poor. Time to find a new show.
