I've known Marshall for a year 8 months a go he replaced my alternator and I was happy and he did a good job well here I'm back editing my review from 8 months ago BC Marshall is not consistent and down right rude ....I called to rehire him about another issue being that I'm a paying and returning customer whom him and I never had any issues until the final straw yesterday in a emergency situation he left me stranded with no explanation on why he didn't show up or even a rescheduled time ....very rude and unprofessional of him to treat a well PAYiNG returning customer that way.. I don't know about u but I need a RELIABLE Mechanic that keep their word answer my phone calls and text and who won't leave me stranded after setting up a Appointment this is the next day and he still hasn't called or told me why he missed my emergency appointment....don't waste ur time calling him for repairs he will not be consistent especially if u like sticking with one person... Won't ever call this guy again

Mr. Marshall came to my house (the same day I called him) to help me fix a broken bleeder screw in one of my calipers after I had done my own DIY brake job. He was able to get the broken off screw out of the caliper (another mechanic had tried to convince me to pay him twice the money PLUS buying a new caliper). Mr. Marshall saved me a lot of money. I appreciate his punctuality, honesty, and professional demeanor.

I contacted this person just to come check my friend transmission fluid in his BMW. This guy wanted to charge $65 to do that... which although it's pretty high for a 5 minute job, we agreed. I came him around 4pm. He said he would come to me that he had two jobs ahead of me. He never showed, never called and told me he couldn't make it . His actions were just bad business. I would NOT RECOMMEND this man's service. Not professional.

I scheduled twice he sent out automatic messages confirming appointment and never came called or anything and the numbers he he doesn't answer them.He came out this time however the service was not free as he said he would accommodate me for the last 2 times and I still paid $85 and I asked for just the oil to be changed not for the additive to be put in my transmission it went from bad to worse to now I have to get a whole new transmission Merry Christmas to me. If you're unavailable or have something come up please let people know and keep your word.

Worst mechanic ever.. Emailed him, he emailed me back giving me a quote and a date when he would be coming to fix my car. Two days before he supposed to come out and a week after I purchased $300 in parts for my car. He stopped communicating he completely ghosted me. No call or email to say he's not coming or anything. I wish I could give you 0 stars. And you don’t have to bother sending me back that generic message that you send about what you have to deal with in your business. Stand by your words, do the work, be professional, and most of all communicate.

Won't call to say he's not coming and won't answer when u call to see what's going on and will lead u on for days like he's going to do the work but never shows up. Definitely not the guy when u need it done now.

I’m so glad I gave him a call! I had a bad blowout and had to get my vehicle towed home so I knew I need a mobile tire company. I called and without hesitation he told me he had me covered and did just that! I was surprised at how soon he came seeing that I called last minute and knew their schedule was probably packed. He sent a very professional and knowledgeable repair man and he got the job done perfectly and extremely fast. Not to mention his rates are beyond reasonable. This man is amazing!!! My fiance ,myself and our daughter were out of town in ga when my brakes went out. We stopped and got tools and the brakes to fix them. As my fiance got the old pads off we realized that my car had electronic braking system and it wasn't going to be as easy as we thought. Stuck in the parking lot of O'Reilly Mr. Lenny pulled up and my fiance just happened to ask hey u wouldn't know anything about electronic parking brake would u?? And he said yea give me just a min came back into and helped us get the brakes changed so we could get back home to sc! It was like talking to a old friend who u just knew all your life!!
