Needed extensive work done that was largely covered by my extended warranty. Although it wasn't a perfect experience, I am grateful to have my vehicle restored.

Went in for a scheduled oil change. Once it hit two hours I asked how much longer it would take, and magically my car was ready….. very slow service.

Pulled in for a secluded oil change this morning and stood at their dest for over 10 min with no one checking me in. So I just left. Don't think I'll ever go back with any vehicles

Want to listen to KISW head-banging rock while waiting for your car’s service? Come to Marysville Toyota. They show there concern and attention to their customers by play 1970s rock and roll throughout their lobby in the morning. It seems like the desires of their front desk person’s music taste is the priority. Mentioned it to someone in the shop and the response of the gal at the front desk was to turn it up louder. Their lack of attention extends to their voluminous lobby where chairs are scattered, furniture dirty. They have some nice lamps for show but they don’t actually provide light… reflective of this shop.

A week out to perform an oil change… hard to get customers in the store with that program. Repeated calls asking me to bring my vehicle back in for service but they can’t seem to find the time to do the work. If you choose the path of making an appointment for an oil change, be prepared to be there for hours. Very disappointing from a factory Toyota dealership and service center. (Pre-pandemic as well…)

I would not recommend fixing your car at this dealership. I brought my car in at 7 am to get it fixed and was there until 6 pm (with no rental cars all day). They “fixed” my car and less than 5 miles in (after they had fixed it), my engine was on again. After bringing my car in the next day, my car was “fixed” for about a month before the ENGINE LIGHT popped on AGAIN. I called them and informed them about the issues and was told to bring my car in, HOWEVER, I would be charged another DIAGNOSTIC FEE. Save your money and time and go somewhere else!

Was told I needed an alignment and new tires, which I purchased there and had them do the work. Upon receiving my vehicle back, I had a severe tremor in my steering wheel. I took it back 4 different times to fix the problem. After replacing 3 of the 4 bad tires( brand new) was told it was finally fixed. It is still NOT FIXED!! Service manager was condescending and dismissive. I will not get any new tires or alignment work done with them ever again.

Scheduled a oil change. Got there and they originally thought that I was still on my service plan, which I'm not. Then they came to me and said that I'm not due for an oil change and only tire rotation. I told her that I made an appointment for an oil change and would like that service. She said if I wanted my tires rotated it'd be $46. I told her that I didn't want to pay for the tire rotation. She came to get me to tell me that my vehicle was ready. After looking at the receipt it stated that the tire rotation was included with the oil change. I brought this to her attention. She told me that I'd have to wait, I said that'd be fine. This was irritating. While I'm waiting for that, the checklist attached to the receipt showed that the tires were rotated and the brakes hadn't been checked due to fact that the tires were not rotated. It has the tire pressure of the front left tire and none of the rest. No brake ratings either. After completion of the tire rotation there was no indication that they checked the brakes, which was paid for by the oil change. This will be my last service with them, especially since this is not the first time they have made mistakes and are not very friendly.

The service writers work so hard to ensure they don’t have to perform warranty work, including trying to pre-charge you at retail “in case Toyota doesn’t cover the defect”. Turns out a lot of dealerships do this lately because their labor costs are so high, and Toyota doesn’t pay them retail hourly rate for warranty work. Fortunately, there are still good service departments willing to support Toyota customers. What’s the point of a new vehicle warranty if the dealership refuses to honor it?!? Toyota of Marysville trying to pull a Hyundai/Kia customer service trick and refuse to honor warranty. I bought two cars here, but I definitely won’t make that mistake again.

I've never really had a good experience with this service department and I will no longer use them. If I schedule an appointment, I expect to be taken care of at the scheduled time, not wait behind first come first serve customers which has been the case in the past. I've gotten my 2020 Tacoma serviced here every 5-7k miles and given them my time and money, yet my truck is now starting to have a few issues that should've been caught at the last multipoint inspection. When I asked what it would cost just for a diagnostic, they gave me a pretty unreasonable price for a department I know will dismiss my vehicle if they can't find the issue in under an hour. I've literally had IDK written on my inspection report before after taking my truck in complaining about my engine feeling less responsive than usual. TLDR; Take your time and money somewhere else, I don't feel that this department cares.

We scheduled an appointment for a major service and a wheel bearing issue. I called a day ahead and asked if we could drop it off a day early and pick up a rental car because I didn’t feel comfortable having my husband drive the Tacoma with a bad wheel bearing. They told us to bring it in and they’d have a rental car ready. When my husband arrived they had no rental cars and didn’t even try and solve the issue. They told him the person we talked to worked at a call center and is supposed to check with them first. How am I supposed to know any of that? I called Rodland Toyota of Everett and they were able to get us in within the hour and have a rental car ready. We’ll never use Marysville Toyota again.

I've only ever been in for oil changes, but they have always done a good job. I've known Jason in service for a long time, and he is always great to work with!

I have been loyal to this location for years but I will NEVER be taking my car here again. I had a simple wheel bearing issue with my RAV4 and they not only ignored my requests to have it checked out but completely misdiagnosed it... Twice. SEVERELY overestimating the repairs. We're talking an $8k repair suggestion that didn't even need to be done. Completely unreal. Took it to an independent mechanic that actually listened and confirmed my issue and fixed it the same day.

Update: The response from management to rectify the situation has been positive so far. There has been a slight improvement in communication as well. They do still need to figure out their car rental situation but was at least able to get a rental for a few days this time. ---------------------------- Interesting to see that other costumers have experienced the "we dont have a rental car" issue. In addition to that, they take forever to get your car finished. People have jobs, there's no possible way you "dont have a rental" every single time people bring their car in. My prius was just recently "serviced" by Jason and his crew. Check engine light came on within DAYS of getting my car back, and surprise, the code read as an issue we had JUST taken in to get fixed. Cylinder 4 was misfiring. We spent a lot of money we simply dont have to ensure I have a car to drive and after less than a week we find out that the issue was not resolved. While our car was in the shop my husband had to prompt Jason to give him updates every. single. time. Once the car was "finally ready" we went to pick it up only to be told by Jason that he "wasn't sure if they had done the transmission flush" I'm sorry, WHAT? And we would need to wait another 45 minutes for them to do it. So he said he was going to have his tech just do it twice in case it didnt get done. This has led us to question what else he "wasn't sure got done". Jason deflected any of his responsibility as a manager to oversee operations on vehicles and manage his staff. Telling us he gave one of his techs a "talking to". Absolutely unprofessional to blame your staff for your lack of oversight. Looking at the reviews it looks like this is a common theme. Do better.

I made my service appointment a month ago. Having to choose the earliest time I could get in the morning, 11am to only to be contacted. Then less than 24 hoirs before my appointment to be told that I would have to wait 2 to 3 hours if I kept my appointment. I was told that if I change my appointment 4 or later in the afternoon that they could possibly get me out in an hour. This is the perfect example of how the service at this dealer has went downhill dramatically over the last few years.

FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD OVERPRICED, I HAVE HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE WITH Marysville Toyota service today , THEY R THE WORST, CUSTOMER SERVICE GUYS DOESN'T EXPLAIN CLEARLY ENOUGH FOR CUSTOMER TO FULLY UNDERSTAND ,of course because They’re like to taken a money not caring about their Customers anyway 🙃very upsets to what i have been paid for Toyota Service. I only ask if they can check to see what wrong with a key fob why it doesn’t work property. However after 2 hrs service including oil change I got confused about key fob charged of $180 so i asked , they tried to explain “I have to spend time for troubleshooting key ,bla bla bla “ then I thinking they will give me a new key fob for that price ??? but NO just Troubleshooting :)) what …. really !!!! I could getting key fixed just $75 at costco ( programming and new- key ) - I will not recommend service your car in Marysville Toyota -

I guess I thought getting both service and maintenance plans would be a good thing. I should have known Toyota was just too big at any location to make this a good experience. Checking in,'no you parked in the wrong place..go back and drive around to put your car in this specific lane' then stand in front of me while I do other computer work. Made to feel as if I was a bother and not remotely welcome. First time through, he could not care less I'd not been here before. Couldn't be bothered to show me where waiting room was, forced him to give me an estimate of how long it would take. Had a very hard time looking up from his computer at all.

I came in today to get my Corolla's E-brake switch replaced. Rachel Anderson, service advisor, did a great job in educating me about my car. She was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the problem and got it fixed quickly and on-time! I am very impressed with this dealerships' service department and you will be too !

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received at this dealership. I am perplexed as to how this establishment has received any accolades, as their focus appears to be solely on financial gain rather than customer satisfaction. My attempts to contact them regarding my taillights were met with consistent unresponsiveness, necessitating an in-person visit after a month of waiting. Furthermore, I am experiencing significant issues with my car seat, which is only four months old, exhibiting bubbling and severe wrinkling. Despite corporate intervention, the General Manager denied my warranty claim, attributing the damage to "normal wear," a claim I find entirely baseless. In stark contrast, Roland Toyota promptly identified the damage as abnormal wear and is addressing it under warranty, demonstrating a commendable commitment to customer care. Based on my experience, I strongly advise against utilizing this dealership for any service needs.

Marysville Toyota is now a business where it’s difficult if not impossible to talk with a live human being. I’d rather wait a while on hold to talk with a human than talk with their AI robot, but they no longer provide that option. If you try to call them, the call goes straight to AI - an indication that their level of customer service is declining. Have previously had good experiences with Marysville Toyota for oil changes. Oil changes have been comparatively reasonably priced - not cheap, but so far not gouging in price. The waiting area is pleasant with self-serve coffee and some small snacks available. Tech representatives have been generally helpful and not egregiously upsold unnecessary maintenance and service at the service intervals. Waiting time has been generally reasonable, and I’ve appreciated that there is generally good communication during the period of service. I’ve usually scheduled far ahead of time either online or by phone, but sometimes they’ve fit me in when I’ve needed service more quickly - it’s nice that they still have a friendly human who answers their phone. It’s also nice that a car wash is usually included with the service (it’s usually been offered except when the weather has been freezing). It’s a dealership service center with dealership prices, but I’ve been mostly satisfied with the service they provide. In my experience with them, they’ve been friendly, competent, and not outrageously aggressive in upselling or price. Would recommend.
