Had a really great experience with Tommy and Eddie today. I had brought my car over after having a suspicious appraisal and asked them if they could give me a second opinion. They were awesome. It was clearly a busy day but they were able to get me in almost immediately, they were professional and courteous. They took me through each item I had asked them about and showed me what needed to be done and roughly when I should do it. The shop looks like it is run very well and I will be getting my maintenance done there. I will try to give an update after it is all done, but so far, very happy with this shop and I would recommend it to anyone. P.S. Cant speak to the comment about craigslist or the one about the paint job, but from what i saw, these guys really put customer satisfaction at their highest priority. I would definitely give them a try!

My car recently got hit while parked on the street. The bumper and some front panels were completely ruined. The guys at Mass Motors were fantastic. Provided a prompt estimate and repaired my car within days. Tommy explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions. They made the whole process much less stressful. Honestly my car looks better now than before the accident. Excellent work, would definitely recommend.

I was informed that I would not be able to repair my car there if Jake couldn’t order the parts himself. He stated “since I’m not purchasing the car parts for you, then I can’t put warranty under those parts. So we also can’t fix your vehicle.” I’ve never heard of an auto body shop denying service due to the customer buying their own parts. Here’s what’s also interesting, I searched the part numbers up online & found out they were selling it to me at MSRP, but they were already discounted products; meaning Jake was purposely overcharging me. I will not return to this shop. When they give you a cheaper price for paying in “cash” it’s because they waive the diagnostic fee & maintenance fee. I went here twice for two separate problems & they tried doing the same exact thing both times, take advantage. Bring your car elsewhere.

Some of the nicest and classiest guys around. I had a minor repair I needed done on my car before a long drive for the weekend. After calling 4-5 shops that were closer to me that were fully booked, I called Mass Motor Services which was a bit out of my way. They were able to take me in right away and patched up my vehicle within an hour free of charge since it seemed like an easy fix. I tried to tip them but they insisted I keep it. Really appreciate them helping me out in a pinch. Will be going here moving forward for my auto service needs.

Mass Motor was recommended to me by a couple of friends. The quality of their work is second to none, they were friendly, explained their process, and knew all the ins and outs of working with my insurance agent. They cleaned the interior of my car and they even returned my car rental to the rental agent on my behalf. Mass Motors has been in business since the 1940s and it truly is an incredible operation and neighborhood asset. Finally, you gotta trust a place that's home to two cute pooches who spend their days sleeping on the dog bed in the office.
