I have not had body work done by Master Craft, but I have had them paint numerous parts for me over several years. Each time, they have done a fantastic job, great communication, good estimates, and have a great turn around time. If I needed any body work, Mast Craft would be my first call and I have had great service when it comes to paint work.

Dents in the front bumper and dents in the back bumper form other inattentive drivers. I spent hours reading reviews from various review sites and whittled my selection down to two paint and body shops. I am very comfortable with the two finalists. I am reasonably sure that they are the best two shops in Tulsa. Of the two, I chose Mastercraft because they were a Honda approved collision repair shop. I figure that that is a certification that required some verifiable skills and quality control. After talking to the estimator, I found out that they do a lot of Subaru work also. That has been confirmed. I have been to their shop three times and each time there were Suby’s in the parking lot waiting for repair. Friendly fast estimators! They definitely have the right personnel meeting customers and providing free estimates. I have worked with two different estimators at Mastercraft and both were friendly and courteous. Very happy so far. I hope to be back reporting on the excellent repair work in a couple of weeks. Stay tuned. A few days later the result.... An excellent experience, from start to finish. Friendly, professional staff. Quality, assiduous craftsmanship. Happy customer here! The car looks like new!

These guy absolutely knocked it out of the park! My car is my baby and I was extremely hesitant to take it anywhere for a smashed finder, I did my homework and Mastercraft was the clear choice. I had a 3rd party liability claim and found Mastercraft Collision for repairs. The Honda dealerships strongly suggested them. I was not left disappointed! They made the rear end look like new! Took it back a 2nd time for a cosmetic repair at my own expense. Quoted me very affordable and had my car ready same day! Bill and his team are great and honest! I chose MasterCraft over two other body shops, even though their bid was roughly 50% more than the other bids. It was very important to me that the repair would restore the car to it's pre-collision appearance. MasterCraft assured me they could blend the colors well. Well, as you can see from the first photo, the color matching was not good. The repair is quickly evident from a great distance because the color does not match the front quarter panel. The other glaring error is in the seam between the front bumper (what was replaced) and the quarter panel. In the second photo, you can see an obvious lip. For what they charge, I was hoping for much better work!

I would never even consider a different shop! Someone in my apt complex smacked my truck overnight. I was devastated. I called and they told me come right up for an estimate. I did that and got the write up of over $1300 repair cost. I was given advice on the vehicle that hit me and advised such as likely height being a bigger truck and the color. He also told me he could heat it and try to pull it out for me. Cost was substantially lower 95% less. But overall its just cosmetic. I appreciated the honesty and transparency. Of course I came back and began searching to no avail. The hit and run never returned. I called them up and made a time for them to try the heat up. I came in about 10 mins later he says your all set. Worked out. Very chill. I didn't know what to expect but I DIDNT EXPECT THIS! INCREDIBLE! SPEECHLESS!

I can't say enough about Master Craft. I am super OCD when it comes to my car. Unfortunately things happen - then "things" have to be fixed. A friend of mine had their car done here (twice) and when I saw his review I called him. He said talk to Billy, he will do you right. I had gotten 3 other estimates ranging from $1600 to $2700, utilizing used parts. Not an option for Rose (the car). He landed at $1700 'ish with NEW parts. I gave a big heck yeah, let's do it. I asked what he wanted me to put down and he replied NOTHING. If you choose not to have your vehicle done here, I can send them back. (!WHAT?) Yeah, this guy is down to earth, good ol' boy and a handshake does business. I can't say enough good things. She went in as scheduled. And was returned in new condition, sparkling! You won't be disappointed if you go here.

Back in January I had a run in with an F-150 driven by a younger driver who backed into me just past sundown. He clearly did not see me and proceeded backing up and sat his truck bed on the front of my Subaru Outback. It being dark I got horrible photos, and the damage was minimal. Still it resulted in a busted headlight casing, moved hood, and crack to the grill with a few small dents and paint scratches. I called the Subaru dealership and they referred me to Mastercraft Collision in Tulsa. They were quick to give an estimate of the work needed and did phenomenal on the repair! I love the glitter paint finishes and was concerned if they’d be able to match it, and am pleased with the outcome. They were also able to work me in to their busy schedule and had the repair done in three days. Highly recommend them, and will use them again in the future if needed.

Master Craft is the best auto repair shop in Oklahoma. We’ve had hail damage, been rear ended, scratched and dented paint from careless door dings… all of it. And every time, Bill and his team have returned our cars to us in pristine condition. They take pride in their work and care about their customers. They never price gouge and are always fair in their estimates. Plus, they’re fast! If you need your car repaired - paint, dents, scratches, collision - they can do it. Don’t go anywhere else. I had an unfortunate stroke of luck last year that landed me here at Master Craft. After having my 19 Tacoma hit we needed to replace a bed panel. I did a lot of research and decided on Master Craft. I was very pleased with the whole entire process from start to finish. We did have to wait a few months for the panel but once it was here my truck was in and out of the shop in about a week. The gentleman gave me a ride in his personal car to Enterprise so I could pick up my rental when he didn't need to do that but he offered. They are true artists and blended everything, applied the OEM decals and lined everything up. If for whatever reason I need collision repair again I will 110% give them a call. They handled everything with insurance even though the other parties insurance considered them out of their network. They were full service in everything they did for me. Thank you!
