The facilities are unimpressive. The junk yard dog in the back is cute, but the mess was on my shoes as I had to deal with a recovery that was towed there. I cannot speak to the quality of their work, so this is really a neutral review.

Great customer service, a profesional work ethic, and an emphasis on customer satisfaction. I had to take my 2016 Kia Optima in because it got rear-ended by a van. Victor, was really straightforward and honest in the value of the work and the time that it would take. He was helpful in explaining how to speak to the insurance company and assured me that he will do a thorough and complete work on the body work of my car. I felt very comfortable leaving my car in their hands than to have left it at the insurance company's own preferred center. Master's Collision put my interests and specifications first and gave it the greatest priorities over the insurance companies demands on what should and shouldn't be fixed. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a shop that does it the way YOU want and with the proper care and vigilance needed to get back your vehicle exactly as it was before.

I got into an accident and had damage to the rear bumper/spoiler of my vehicle and had a bad experience in the past with a shop that my insurance company "encouraged" me to use. I did some research and wanted a shop that would provide quality work and help me ensure my vehicle was repaired correctly. The service was excellent they were very professional and helpful. I had to fight with my insurance for OEM parts but they stood behind me the entire way and made sure my vehicle was repaired correctly and in a timely manner. I was extremely pleased with the paint job and overall quality of my repair and they even vacuumed and detailed my car before I picked it up. I recommend everyone I know to use this repair shop if they are ever in an accident.

Roberto from Master's Collision Body Shop is by far the most professional and knowledgeable person in the industry from here to Chicago. He is the most meticulous and artistic person I have ever met. The reason I say this is because not only did he hand me a work of art when he was done but in the process he was able to work with the insurance company in ways that I wasn't even aware. I worked for an insurance company for many years and still didn't know about the tricks he had up his sleeve to get the job done RIGHT!!! I would recommend him to my mother and anyone else that needs the job done right. I can't thank him enough for everything he did and everything he will be doing for as long as he's available to do it. I feel like I've made a lifelong friend.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t recommend Master’s Collision enough! From start to finish, the experience was smooth and stress free. Roberto, the owner, went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of, and you can tell he really takes pride in the shop’s work. He and staff were so knowledgeable of their work I was extremely impressed. Vicktor did an incredible job on my car! it honestly looks better than before the damage. I’d even go as far to say it felt like I drove off with a brand new car. What stood out the most was not only the quality of the repair but also the level of communication and professionalism. They were upfront, honest, and treated me like family. Definitely a five star experience, and I’ll be coming back here for any future work. Customer for life here!
