What a disappointment and lack of ethics!! I called at 12:10 pm and ask if they offered tow truck service and they said no, I ask if I get a tow truck my self and bring my vehicle and they said yes, the r tow truck arrived with my vehicle at 1:20 pm and they called me and said it took me to long to bring the vehicle and their lot was full, please give me an other excuse, you are on the business 1 hour and 29 minutes is not a long time. Also very disrespectful that person name Ray not even worth not worth going on details but has no word and wanted to blame it on me !! It cost me over a 100 dollars to bring my vehicle back to my house.

Yes five stars for service because david was very nice and friendly. Got to the place I think near 10 am. Told had to come back for the tires near 2pm so I did. Waiting seems like forever but they were busy so it was okay. I watch my car being serviced that is just me. The only reason for not five stars us the bathroom needs attention because for one no seat covers at all. Yes I would recommend this place but make an appointment because they are busy.

I'd give them minus numbers. Poor diagnosis, worst repairs,zero warranty. Do not stand behind work performed. Vehicle did same thing after repairs as before and worse,didn't start next day had vehicle towed back next diagnosis was additional $800. When I questioned if I did extra work and it still didn't fix vehicle do I get my money back they told me to fix it myself which I did by reinstalling original parts I requested back when I first picked vehicle up. Terrible experience all around.

I had a misfire, they were able to fit me in same day I called. They broke everything down to me about pricing over the phone before I went in so I wasn’t hit with any surprises when I got there. Figured out what was wrong took less than an hour to fix once they got the parts and were super kind! I’ll definitely be back!

Great mechanic shop, awesome mechanics, been a customer of theirs since I moved from Miami about 5 years ago. Excellent customer service, fair prices, the cutest dog, Apollo, professional atmosphere where they'll treat you like family. Their lifetime warranty on most of their parts, which includes the provantage auto repair network, is extremely helpful so save your receipts, I tend to keep mines with the registration and insurance, after all it is part of the car now. Having a great experience with them and I hope you do too, if not the same, better. Just writing this after leaving satisfied with the work on my starter. Will continue to be their customer. I took my Honda here with a damaged computer. I was sent here by another mechanic whom doesn't do electrical work/computer work. I did tell "Master Tech" auto electric the computer was damaged and to look for a short.They had my vehicle for four days on the fifth day I picked it up. They did not find a short. They did not replace my computer. They replaced a fuse and charged me 167 dollars. They didn't not walk me to my car all he said was it's over there...I had to walk back to the office to ask them to move the vehicle behind mine so I could get out. Unprofessional. They told me also to not take my car outta town just in case. Ha. Really. My AC system was opened. I'm not clueless on automotive knowledge mind u. There's things u do yourself and other things I don't or can't. Why in the hell would u open up my AC system for a no start car? My doors don't lock by the switch anymore either. I forgot to mention that the AC doesn't blow cold air. I left outta there thinking it was just blowing hot because it's a black cat in the middle of summer sitting in the sun. Tonight I charged the system with freon. I need more and can't say as of now if it's working right again or not. They put a band aid on a bigger issue. They really seemed like they wanted me out the door when I asked questions. I can't believe there are any good reviews on here(obviously immediate family and friends.) Comically they said if he had more problems I would just need to pay the repair fees not the diagnosis fee.

Highly recommend! Ray was so nice and patient with me. Been all over Orlando trying to figure out what was wrong with my car, but they took my car in same day and fixed it the same day. It was my starter and he had acknowledge me about the timing and price right there and then. It took all day, but I had expected that. I will definitely be back for my car needs.

worst place after they took my money is like I don't want deal with you anymore, when I was actually asking for more services (he told to come another day if I want, like really). Money is not free, I work hard for it too like it says in their front door "they don't work for free" I do not either. The front dispatcher was talking on the phone while billing me, talking on his personal phone apparently helping someone to buy a car and telling that person if it is a good deal or not. When I ask for the owner he was too busy with his girlfriend and did not care either. Just a little heads up before you end up in there. I was patient enough. aaahhh... they were empty like the picture shows.

Just took in and dropped off my 07 Isuzu pickup truck in needing electrical work, and so far have had a great conversations with Renaldo and Chris (auto mechanic electrician). They were highly recommended and place looks professional, as much as, courteous. Will give a follow up review once overall work is done. Fundamentally dishonest business. You’ve been warned. I really wanted to like this place. Customer service rep was friendly. I went in for a windshield wiper motor issue, they partially fixed it, but left the wiper in the wrong position, it would only go up 3/4 of the way up. The prices are pretty high, but you typically get what you pay for. Not the case here. Ultimately before I dropped off my car, my windshield was fine. Once the work was complete, I was left with a huge crack. The manager was cordial enough, but said it was there before I dropped it off, and I know that’s not the case. It’s clear by the pictures where the damage was done, it’s not a typical damage spot from road debris.

I had a nightmare with my Class C Ford V10 motorhome, random misfires that stumped two Ford dealers, three independent shops, and even my own efforts. I called Master Tech Auto Electric Inc., explained the saga, and they didn’t hesitate to tackle it. Reynaldo and shop owner Chris dove in, working relentlessly from January 30th, 2024 to February 25th, 2025, to solve this beast of a problem. Reynaldo’s professionalism, clear communication, and top notch customer service kept me in the loop, while their expertise in electrical and diagnostic challenges finally fixed the issue. The best part? The invoice was fair for the time and effort they invested. If you need skilled, honest repairs, especially on tough cases, this is the place to go!

very disappointed, they have been my go to mechanic for the past 3-4 years, always fixed every issue I had but recently I had a engine light & high RPM (3000-4000) when driving that wouldn't disappear no matter what I did , took it to master tech twice for a diagnostic, the first time I was told it was a faulty part I bought online so I replaced the part with who they recommended (o'Reilly) and still had the same issues, took the car back again and they told me my transmission was slipping when they drove the car (even though they don't work on transmissions) and possibly would need to replace my catalytic convertor which would be a $1800 just for parts because of a P0420 codes my car kept throwing. So I took the car to Xtreme motor works located on N main st and they advised me my transmission was fine and that I don't need a catalytic converter I just need to replace my downstream 02 sensor and do a throttle body cleaning for the high RPM I did that through Xtreme motor works and now my car is running perfectly fine (under 1000 rpm) with no engine light. I had people tell me they messed them over in the past but I didn't believe them until it happened to me.

Chris knows exactly what he's doing ! (Please keep in mind this review was done last year, but is seems since then, that it has been removed) We came last year to get our 2013 Ford Taurus diagnosed. We towed over 35 miles due to a possible Emc/CPU issue; our vehicle would not start. Chris called in his specialized MyKey locksmith to help unlock & reset our vehicle; It ended up being an issue with the MyKey function. Chris did everything he could in his power and relayed to us possible tests to get the vehicle functioning. Chris is VERY personable, respectful, & extremely knowledgeable! He is a pleasure to not only work with but you will feel a type of recognition & satisfaction for the work and expertise he is able to provide to you and your vehicle. I highly recommend Master tech for all your automotive needs! They care for you and your vehicle and will work with you endlessly to ensure that you feel not only comfortable with the outcome, but satisfied with the service provided as well. I highly recommend this company and plan to come back in the future when it comes to assessing my vehicles needs!
