I would not recommend this business due to an oil change that left me with an oil leak. And then a brake flush that left me with a broken interior door handle whiile at their shop and they said they would fix it and then ghosted me. You still refuse to accept responsibility... The inner door handle was broken upon picking up my car, it was fine at drop off with no issues. I have since repaired the door handle myself but do not trust the integrity of your shop and will not return there.

I took my car in to have the oil pan replaced. When I got home it started to run out. I took it back and they claimed it was a leak in my oil stick and they claimed they fix it . There is no way a little leak in my oil stick would lose all that oil . Ever since I took it back to them my car hasn’t been right. On my way home from there it stalled at a red light. It is still doing it. They told me not to come back and they did something to my car.A can barely make it to work and home.

AMMCO Transmission told me my F150 needed all the transmission's cooling system lines replaced because of a leak, which would cost $2,173. I didn't feel that was the case, so I had the truck towed to MasterTech. They replaced a single hose, and it only cost $783. I have had previous work done at MasterTech and have always been treated professionally and cost-effectively.

I took my 2006 Honda Civic to MasterTech because my valve cover gasket was leaking. I was also going to be driving to Massachusetts a few days later so I asked them to give my car a good once-over to make sure it was safe for the long trip. After they finished the valve cover gasket they called to let me know that they’d found a VERY BAD wheel bearing on the rear passenger side. I had been hearing a roaring sound while driving for a while, but didn’t know what was causing it or why it seemed to be getting louder. That bad wheel bearing was the reason! They replaced it, and they replaced a broken caliper spring they’d discovered. I am so thankful that they found that bad wheel bearing! I’m certain that my tire would’ve locked up or fallen off entirely somewhere during the 950 mile journey. Thank you MasterTech!!!

I went in for a tire rotation, oil change and transmission service. The technician checked the requirements by the VIN number and found that this model requires a certain geàr oil that is not common. He also checked the belts and suspension at no extra charge and didn't find anything that needed replacement. They are honest and really try to do the right thing. A rare find these days. The other tire lube places said it was a sealed transmission and wouldn't service it. Great service by knowledgeable technicians. If you have strange noises or knocks they will have to make you appointment because they are thorough. Great techs to know that live up to their name..
