I’ve given this auto shop multiple chances, but every visit has been disappointing. Every time I book an appointment for something as simple as an oil change, I either end up waiting over 2 hours in the shop or dropping off my car and having to call at the end of the day—only to find out it’s still not done.
The last straw was when they failed to check or properly refill my wiper fluid. Now it’s frozen, and when I brought it up, they claimed the last person used the wrong fluid. The irony? They were the last ones who serviced my car!
I wanted to support this shop, but the lack of professionalism and care is unacceptable. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere.

Usually I’m pretty impressed with these shops around town but this time I’m not happy at all.
Had my truck towed to this location in early November with no hood expecting it to be done relatively quickly, in 1-2 weeks would be a fair estimate I’d say. After it was taking a while I took off almost all but a few of the repairs I asked for just to hurry it up (which I shouldn’t have to do.) Not to mention it sat outside day and night almost everyday (even though they said they would pull it inside at night time) and snow got all up inside. I had to bring my hood to them for them to put it on since they just didn’t bring it inside at all. Hardly any work had been done to it and when they do work on it it’s very intermittent, work on it once, wait a couple days, work on it again. Like seriously, I didn’t ask for much to be done, it was simple electrical diag. If anything in my engine bay has any damages when I get it back from being drenched in water almost everyday for a month (yes it’s been in the shop for over a MONTH NOW.) I will expect to have my money back.

I’ve now recommended my friends and family to come here also because everyone is so nice and they do good work.
