Once again they didn't get the car clean.After waiting to go through I wasn't waiting again. The so called manager said well we are busy. Wish I could find the number to there main office.

Terrible customer service. I have been going there for over 30 years and the last 3 years, it has gone downhill. Car never gets clean and that's with the Plantinum. Just went in there to show them, and all I get is sorry I see what you mean, but we can't run you back through. Will not be using that carwash anymore.

Drove out of car wash with a busted back wiper and scratches from where it broke and swung down across my hatch...awesome! 🤬😡😤 Won't be back....probably won't ever use a drive thru car wash again. Touchless from here on out! Not happy!!!!

Best car wash in town! Got the $40.00 a month unlimited gold wash pass. Its a must in michigan winters. Great value! The Staff is always friendly and does a great job!

This is great car wash, price is reasonable. The worker's are friendly and pay get attention to getting my Trax clean. I was upnorth driving on a really deep muddy road. And it dried on the under carriage for 2 days. Went in there and didn't even have to ask for them to make sure they got it off. They sprayed with their hand sprayers for like 5 minutes. High five 🙌 guys! They gave out free wet paper towels to wipe down your dashboard and free air freshener 🥰😇. I hope Mobil and Mattis keeps their employees happy, becuz they are the reason I go here.

Asked for the white wash, got that. But was told I am not allowed an air freshener with the wash. The guy working was extremely rude to me when I asked and he said it’s only with the gold wash. Continued to throw around the foam brush and almost hit my car with it. I personally have never had a bad experience here, but I definitely will not be returning after the experience I just had. Was at the Pierson Rd Mattis Car wash.. guy had longer dirty blonde hair and heavy set dude

Generally a good wash, but some of the kids on staff seem to have a 'could care less" additude about hitting the hard to reach spots with the hand brush. I lost a $300 antenna due to neither me or the kid paying enough attention. I feel 6$ is a little high but I generally save about 1$ on my gas by way or discount.

Nice car wash for the price. Convenient location. I buy the white monthly unlimited wash for $35. I run through just about every day in the winter. I Personally never have had any damage to my car or scratches but I know damage it’s covered by them if it does happen.

Not happy with the other days performance, had to take care through twice because it just was not clean. The young man in charge was very understanding, ans wanted the car again. 13.00 may not seem like alot but to me it is so I want the job done like it was their car they were washing, they would take their time.

Every morning if I make the mistake of coming here the employee or owner always have their vehicle parked taking up a significant lane of their very limited space for pumps. If they are too inconsiderate of their customers to walk from a parking space to the door, that tells you all you need to know.

I always come here to wash all of our 3 vehicles. This last time was horrible. Not only did I get the wrong wash but when I asked for the cleaning wipes, air freshener, and token, they splashed water in my car and pretended like he didn't hear me. I went around and told them what happened and the supervisor said "oh, you got the correct wash". Well, if you knew I got the correct wash then why didn't you give me the corresponding items? Good luck.
