Went to Mavis this morning Genesee Street Utica, needed some advice/help. The manager Hector stopped what he was doing and came outside to help me with my car. He was very kind, respectful and very cordial. He offered me the best solution for my situation. He was very hospitable. The workers actually greeted me as I walked in. Hector met my needs and respected my circumstances. He made me feel valued. I highly recommend Mavis Utica. Hector was truly an amazing manager to work with. Mark a co worker there even asked me if I needed anything to just ask. DEFINITELY 5 STARS IN MY BOOK!!! Thank you Hector and staff. Much appreciated!!

These guys are the best ! . The manager is always courteous and shows genuine concern for his customers . I have had several experiences with them in the last few years and everyone has been pleasant and the work has been excellent . My husband did business with them a lot before he passed away 1 1/2 years ago . He always said they were great to do business with and they always treated him good . After he passed away and i needed help with tires etc I knew exactly where I had to go . Thank you guys for making me feel like I can trust you ! Not a common feeling in today’s world !
