The mechanic checked all 4 tires, found no leaks or other problems, and adjusted the tire pressure in all 4 tires. I was done in 45 minutes and was surprised to hear that there was no change for the service. I will definitely return here again.

Incredibly grateful for service at this location! I was putting air in my tire for a slow leak and I was greeted by Josh who asked if I needed anything. I said I had a leak I needed to fill every other day. Josh took my car right in and found the reason for the leak and it was fixed right away. This made my day so much better!! Especially with the frequency of having to fill this tire. Thank you Josh and thank you Mavis for employing caring individuals! Also the staff at service desk were excellent as well!!!

This is an incredibly unprofessional location taking advantage of customers. Three years ago I wrote a stellar review for the Mavis on 33 parker ave Poughkeepsie NY. This Mavis could not be more different from their nearby counterpart. Where one location offered accurate wait times, an itemized bill, and friendly staff; the 2585 location refused to print a bill before I paid, increased the bill without my knowledge, and offered sarcastic remarks such as "well i guess work should be free" when I brought up the predatory business practice. To which I say, they should not perform nondisclosed work at unknown prices to unaware customers. My car was driven out of the garage upon completion and the service worker took my keys with him back to the garage working area. I had to go back in after i paid and left to go asked multiple different employees who had my keys because they didn't know. Once again, this is an incredibly unprofessional location taking advantage of customers and it is specifically the staff to blame.

The Mavis technicians at the South Avenue location, were knowledgeable, courteousness and very professional. I took my car (a 2006) in for an oil change and inspection. The technician advised me that there were a few things that needed to be done in order to pass inspection. I followed their advice and my car passed inspection and she's running smoothly. I'm a very happy and satisfied customer.

This was my THIRD Mavis Discount Tire today in the Poughkeepsie area as I discovered my tire pressure at a dangerous level. As soon as I was losing hope, Inspector Josh saw my vehicle and approached me with a friendly smile. Coming from a college student with a background in customer service, his customer service was top tier, especially to someone like me having a rough day. It is reassuring to see how Mavis treats their customers and how they get right to the point to remedy your issue. Their approach is honest respectful and deeply human. They made me feel seen and valued not just like another customer in line. The shop itself is impressively clean and well-organized. You can tell the team takes pride in their workspace which reflects directly in the quality of their work. Everything was done on time with no unnecessary delays. The process was smooth and stress-free. I even took photos to show just how well-kept and efficient this location is. I had a great experience at Mavis Tire. I called at 9am for two new tires and an oil change. They scheduled me for 10am. I was back home by 12pm. Fast and efficient. The process was smooth. The staff was professional, helpful, and respectful. They explained the services clearly and kept things moving. I felt taken care of from start to finish. I had two tires replaced, a full synthetic oil change, tire rotation, and an alignment. Everything was completed in about two hours, which worked well for my schedule. My only concern was the price. The total came to over $600. I usually find lower pricing at Mavis for similar services, so that surprised me. Overall, the service and staff made the experience positive. I plan to return to this location for future maintenance.
