I've used Mavis Tires & Brakes throughout the past 10 years related to Enterprise car rentals. Mavis Tires & Brakes is an approved site for checking Enterprise car rentals. Prior to driving out-of-state, I became accustomed to Mavis' friendly, courteous and professional staff when addressing my rental vehicles. Since I live close to the 100 Wooddale Boulevard location, I often used it for my rental car needs. Recently, I visited the location to repair a flat tire. As usual, Mavis' staff were knowledgeable, efficient and expeditious in addressing my needs. Today, I visited with battery concerns. I had gone to AutoZone for battery, alternator and starter checks. All passed with flying colors. However, I was told to check my battery connections. I visited Mavis to purchase new battery connections. To my surprise, Mavis' staff cleaned my battery connections and sent me on my way. Today's actions far exceeded my expectations. They only highlight why Mavis Tires &.Brakes will be where I take my vehicle for automotive repairs and service, moving forward. Mavis Tires & Brakes' staff exemplify honesty, integrity and trustworthiness, qualities that I thought were lost in customer service. I traveled an hour away to take care of my teenage daughter’s car, which needed new brakes. I called Mavis Tire Service, and James answered right away, I explained what I needed and asked if there was any availability. I was told to come on in and they’d take care of me. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with professionalism and kindness. They got started on the car quickly and I was kept updated throughout the entire process. The service was also quick and efficient. Chuck, the service manager, took the time to explain everything clearly to me, and Michael showed me the old brake pads and made helpful recommendations for parts that may need attention in the near future. They even assessed the tires and did a full safety inspection to make sure everything was in great shape before I left. Even the guy who comes in to all of the local Mavis shops to clean came in while I was waiting. He was kind and made conversation with the customers too. I’m so appreciative of the entire team for their honesty, communication, and top-tier customer service. It’s rare to find a place of business that truly cares about both the car and the customer.
