I originally took my truck into May Automotive for wiring harness issues with no brake lights and within a few days I lost the rear drivers side turn signal. Not happy with May Auto at all. Went in for an alignment and received a phone call that they could not do it because a part was needed. My thought would be that an alignment place would have the parts camber and casters and if not, they would at least go get them so that they can finish the job. But instead, they took it down off the hoist and charged us for an alignment anyway without getting an alignment.

Wouldn’t give a written estimate unless I first paid $205 “inspection”, was told by Nathan. I need driveline preventive maintenance: change transmission fluid, transfer case, differential. Now why would I pay to get a quote for that? smh

Checked the website for the pricing, and it shows alignment ranges from $70 to $100. Scheduled an appointment for the service to be completed and received the bill for $205. Not even in the ballpark of 70-100. When I asked about this was told that they do run specials every now and again, but hes not sure why the website would say that. Bottom line, service was completed as it should have been. Overpaid for the service, as I absolutely could have found a cheaper alignment. Will not go back.

My gf's car wouldn't start and we had it towed to May Automotive. They talked me into a diagnostic inspection (couple hundred) and then proceeded to tell us everything wrong with it. All their pricing for a radiator, tire, etc., is extremely expensive. They ended up saying the car battery died because my gf left a light on. All they did was jump the car and I'm assuming they only charged up the battery because a couple days later it died again. I took the car and had everything fixed from May's diagnostic report for less than half the price at another reputable car repair shop. The other shop found a bad fuel cell in the battery, which somehow was missed on May's inspection.

Outside of my price range, the owner offered to purchase the car from me. It helped me out, and we figured out a fair price. I was greatful for their help dispite my misfortune. Nathan and Allice took awesome care of my and my wife's car! Honest, hospitable, friendly, and transparent through the whole service, never felt for want of any info or how my car was doing. Very thorough, answered all my questions, gave great recommendations for future repairs and advice if there were a couple things I wanted to do my self. At no point felt I was being hassled, or they were trying to scam me. Most importantly my car has heat now. GLORIOUS HEAT! thanks again to the whole team front and back. the staff here is very nice and polite. i appreciate their thorough inspection of my car and the online process of seeing what needs fixing, approving or denying the repairs, and having an easy way to pay with card or through a payment plan. i also liked that they included photos of the parts they were repairing. Allice was super kind. I love their after hours key drop off and pickup system. I took off one star because I had to come back a second time due to my part not being delivered in time, but that wasn't a huge hassle.

Been here a few times now. First and foremost, Nathan (I believe that was his name) gave me some of the best customer service I've ever had. I came in like 3 minutes before they closed with my car and he still seemed genuinely happy to help me. Aside from the amazing customer service, they were extremely fast and direct with my service. I explained what was wrong with my car and they explained in detail the worst case scenario and what they believed was the likely cause. Not only was his initial diagnosis correct, but the damage was not as bad as we initially thought it would be. Long story short, if I had ignored that weird noise I was hearing in my car, we'd be looking for a new car right now. Instead we have a small fee to pay for quality service. It was slightly expensive, but the prices are competitive. I highly doubt I would've gotten the same service else where for cheaper. And besides, I'll happily pay for good customer service and a mechanic who isn't afraid to shoot straight with me. I'll be going back with any car problems in the future.

NEVER GO HERE.. Took my truck in there because I thought I had a parasitic drain on my battery. They charged me $750 (3hr minimum @$250/hr) and did a full bumper to bumper analysis which I never asked for, just to tell me I had a bad battery. I was upset because the time spent should have been 30 mins to inspect the draw on the battery and not do the full vehicle inspection which I never ordered. They wanted to waste time After a verbal exchange, I was told by their employee, there is a 3 year warranty. If there's any issues to bring it in. 10 months later with a new battery, my truck still dies randomly and the dashboard won't come to life. They refused to honor their word and do a simple diagnostic. NEVER GO HERE. I also have the receipts to prove it.

We take my husband's Jeep there as well. We drive 30 min to use their garage. Once you find a honest friendly place it's worth the drive.

Yeah, so I got my wheel speed. Sensors and hubs worked on. It may automotive, actually a couple months ago. Things didn't quite go right the first time. But I don't think that was their fault. I had some issues with my wiring harness. So the brake lights ABS Interaction control lights. All came back on shortly after getting serviced, and it took me a little while to get back in like couple months like I said, and but they took it right back in and they worked on it. And fixed it under warranty, and everything's good to go great place. To get your car serviced, oh, by the way, they do financing, they help you out a lot when you're down-and-out. And I really appreciate them as service center😃

I went to May Automotive after a recommendation from a co-worker who had gone for years. They first preformed a detailed review of my entire vehicle. As a result, I needed a few items taken care of. May Automotive was very patient in explaining (and even showing me the parts) in detail what and why service was needed. I believe in taking great care of my vehicle, and they reflect that same feeling of being taken care of. Trust is important to me and they have that. They did a fabulous job!
