Very happy with the service I received at Mays Automotive! My husband and I chose them because they had the best price for mounting and balancing the tires for our car. Not only did they mount and balance the tires, but after looking at the car, they recommended a new air filter, some welding for the exhaust pipe that was falling off and a diagnostic test for the warning lights. Each recommendation came with the price. (They sent these recommendations via text.) I chose to have the air filter changed and the welding on the exhaust pipe. I responded to their recommendations through my phone. The work was excellent and the price was good. Very happy with the customer service and quality of work! Thank-you!

Fast and thorough service. I called in the morning seeing if they could get me in and I was in with an estimate of my repairs within 2 hours. Repairs completed by end of day. I appreciated the detailed estimates sent to my phone with pictures. I was able to approve or deny any repairs within the webform and submit/sign right online. Process was super smooth. Prices were fair in my opinion and service was friendly. I dropped off my car but it looked like they had a comfortable waiting room with couches, tv, reading material. Overall would recommend for any automotive service.
