What an amazing experience! I was tired of the lackluster service at Mercedes Manhattan, and was recommend to go to Adria motors for a diagnostic. They informed me that I needed a tune up for my Mercedes S class (please excuse the humble brag). The turn around was literally 19 hours, check engine light off, car drives like it’s off the lot. They were very professional, attentive and most of all, honest. Staff was super friendly and Vanessa went above and beyond making sure the work was expedited. 13/10, can’t wait for my check engine light to come on again so I can get it professionally diagnosed and repaired!

Professionals at this auto repair shop are amazing, very skillful in advising and repairing my car in the past few years. This helps my sixteen year old BMW run as new. If you are looking for troubleshooting, repair or even just oil change on your German cars, no need to look further. You will be impressed by the services this shop especially the people here have to offer!

I have been taking 5 Mercedes vehicles to Adria Motors for over 15 years. They are much better than the dealer and were able to easily fix numerous problems that the dealer could not even after multiple visit. I won't take my cars anywhere else anymore for anything important.

I’ve been to this shop 3 years in a row with the same isssue. My air conditioner blowing hot air. They fixed it each time citing a new issue l, totaling over $1k in service. Today, years 4 I call to request a complimentary fix because it’s apparent the issue is not the car but the service that’s been provided. Lo and behold I’m told they can’t help me barcode the shop is under new ownership and aren’t honoring past services. Even though the name. Staff. And everything else remains the same. They asked me to come in for a check which would cost. I respectfully declined and said I wouldn’t be bringing my car back to this shop. They are very expensive, and you don’t get anything for the costs. Just return trips for them to make you pay more. I’d honestly advise getting second opinions for anything they tell you might be wrong with your vehicle. You are seen as a $ instead of a human being.

I needed a new experienced Mercedes shop to do some delicate parts replacement on my 2021 Mercedes and I'm lucky I stumbled on these guys. After calling about 10 shops, only one sounded like a place I would even try and I have to say that I was really surprised at my luck in finding a shop that not only has really experienced mechanics, but really nice people and fair prices. From the reception through the head mechanic, I had been to two other shops that clearly had no idea what to do, but the second the Adria guys started work on my car they were fast, explained what they were doing and knew exactly what to do. Afterwards, they made sure my install was working as planned. If I need any work done in the future, it will be these guys if it's not specifically covered by my warranty. Highly recommended and I rarely bother to write reviews.

Adria Motors Auto Repairs What is the worst place you have ever visited in life so far? Office girl Vanessa and the technician are completely dishonest, disrespectful, and fraudulent. I took my X3 BMW for service they ordered parts after replace the problem is still there but they want me to pay for the parts and labor even problem is not fixed. The parts replaced which is my car don't need to be replaced. still, they want me to pay $470 for their mistake. They held my car when I refused to pay. I had to call the cops to get my car back. Please be careful in this place.

I was happy with this establishment for almost two decades. I have in the past even recommended this place to others but as of last week I don't believe I will use Adria Motors anymore and would not refer them to anyone. My windshield was leaking and needed to be replaced. I received an estimate for a replacement windshield that was to be from the dealer. They did replace the windshield however the windshield they used was an aftermarket. I paid over $1400 for an aftermarket windshield that costs about $300 installed on Northern Blvd. When I asked why the windshield was replaced with an aftermarket I was asked over and over again "How did I know?". I bickered with them a few days about a resolution and after going back and forth a few times they eventually refunded me back $1000 but now the trust is gone. I've spent almost $10,000 in repairs on my E350 in the past three years at Adria Motors and now I question if I've been gouged with all of those repairs. I understand the rising costs to do business but I also understand business ethics whereas there are moral standards and principles in doing business. Be truthful, good and fair with your loyal customers and they will remain loyal to your business or else you will lose them. Well consider me lost!

They assured me that I got the original part from Volkswagen and even offered express delivery. Extremely professional and fast with their service. I decided to bring my vehicle to this location because they specialized in German cars. They had done basic work on the car including an oil change and some suspension work and they kept me informed every single step of the way with pictures, prices, and constant emails about what was being done. Usually, I feel like I do not understand what being said as I am not a mechanic, but they do an amazing job of letting you know what needs to be done and why. Their main goal is to keep you and your car safe. Now the person who helps do all of this work from start to finish is Vanessa, the head of the office who takes care of all clients. She is extremely knowledgeable and she made sure she kept in touch via email and texts throughout the whole car repair process, she even let me know the best places to get food while I waited in the shop. I had to get my car repaired due to a turbo issue and it was done through a third-party warranty, she took care of the whole process and the car is now in the process of getting repaired. She went above and beyond having to call them multiple times due to system issues and always made sure they sped the whole process up as much as possible as I had to rent a car. The whole family at Adria Motors is amazing, mechanics showing me what was being done, the owner looking for the best parts at the best prices, and Vanessa treating me like a part of the family as they worked on my car. Thank you guys I cannot say enough good things about you and you have a loyal customer. Thank you Nick and Vanessa for all your help.

I had an appointment scheduled for Monday at 8:30 AM to get my car serviced. I arrived on time and waited for over 3 hours, only to find the shop completely closed. Several other customers were also arriving and leaving upset due to the same issue. I spoke with the mechanic, Ray, who told me he would arrive at 10:30 AM—but he never showed up. When we spoke to a neighboring mechanic, we were told that Ray had moved his tools out and no longer worked there, suggesting he may have been removed from the premises. My main concern is: why didn’t anyone from the shop contact customers to cancel appointments or at least post a sign informing people of the closure? The lack of communication and professionalism is extremely frustrating and disrespectful of people’s time. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that steps are taken to prevent such incidents in the future.

I got my engine mounts replaced a few days ago. And my experience at this place was phenomenal!! My car it’s running without any single vibration now . Vanessa, Roy and Ronnie really helped me out a lot with my car issues . I threw so many questions about my Audi A 4 and they were able to answer them reassuring me that my car would run smoothly. First time that I decided to take my Mini Countryman to a non-dealership and I’m so glad with my decision. They checked my problem right away (without prior appointment) and identified that the FRM (footwell module) was water-damaged and needed replacement. They ordered the official replacement part and were kind enough to keep my car in their garage for the 2 days it took for the part to arrive and be replaced. That was very important to me as due to the FRM issue my windows couldn’t be fully shut and wasn’t safe to park on the street.Everyone I met was extremely helpful and nice! .. on a follow-up instance I stopped by to seek assistance as my car couldn’t pass NYS inspection as it needed to complete a drive-cycle following that FRM replacement. I had already driven over 300 miles to no luck…The mechanic inspected my car free of charge to confirm that there was no other issue, then explained to me exactly how I I must drive it, which I did today and after following his instructions all readiness sensors went green and passed my inspection! I 100% recommend them!

Overall, I was satisfied with the car and service. However, some scratchs led to a charge on my card without explanation, when it returned. which was only canceled after I pointed out that it was covered by insurance. The issue was resolved, but the initial handling felt a bit disappointing. Also, the car seemed to have a GPS tracker, which wasn’t mentioned at pickup — a brief notice would have been appreciated. Still, a good experience overall, and I would consider using this company again.
