Unprofessional is a compliment for this place! Just wow! I never experienced such bad service at an auto shop before. I called them 9 days ago to have spark plugs changed on my car after getting quotes from multiple places,when I told the guy over the phone what codes I have on my car and what issues I want addressed he cut me off saying:whoww sounds like you already evaluated your own car uhhhh it's kinda what I do here uhhhh I can't tell you how much it'll be untill you bring it in and I check the codes myself uhhhh...and I'm like ok? I just told you exactly what's wrong and what I want fixed so that's odd but whatever...when can I bring it in? His reply was: ughhhhh uhhhh ahhhh I don't know I kinda have other cars... me:ok well when will be a good day to bring it then? Shop:uhhhh I don't know.... Me:well when will you know then? Shop:just call me again in 2 days When I called after 2 days he told me to just bring it next week on Thursday at 8:30am and he will take me in first...so Thursday morning I get there at 8:20 and the guy asks me who am I? I told him that I'm the one he scheduled for today at 8:30 and he start again with the ughhhhh ahhhh uhhhh emmmmm I have other cars so If you want you can leave it here and MAYBE I'll check it around 2-3pm I told him that I scheduled this almost 2 weeks ago and he response was once again: uhhhh ahhhh we kinda have other cars,we're a small shop if you want you can take it somewhere else. And at this point I was like yeah? no 5h!t! I should have known that they are gonna be just as clueless in person and not wasted my time! They claim to be in business for a while but I honestly have no idea how....they are absolutely the most unprofessional business I've ever been in....don't waste your time here honestly just give them a call and see for yourself before coming in. Thank God they didn't touch my car.
