Dishonest is the best word I can use to describe them! Over charge for parts and diagnostic.... Jake will talk down to you like he is the smartest man in the automotive industry...he is in fact NOT! Just avoid them for your wallet, sanity, dignity and 🚗! And Pete your integrity shines through your employees....not a good look!

They mark up parts 100-150% and will milk you for time/labor.
They claim that their diagnostics indicated that one minor part needed to be replaced when there was several codes including a CAT Code that indicated that the Catalytic Converter wasn’t operating efficiently, they claimed that according to their diagnostics that it was operating efficiently so they replaced the minor part.
A few days later the check engine light and all of the same warning lights came back on so I called McNeils to let them know and they wanted me to bring my vehicle back and said that if there’s another problem that it’s on me and that they will only warrant the part that they replaced.
I was upset because I expected them to accurately diagnose and fix my car as they assured me that they would do in the beginning. They kept my car for several days and would call me each day with more bad news and tell me that the part didn’t fit and that they needed to order a different part and that it will take another day. I told them that I just wanted to pick up my car and they made up the excuse that my car was in a bay taken apart by the mechanic and that they were going to work fix it the following morning.

Friendly, professional staff who seems honest about what needs to be done on your vehicles. They were communicative consistently as the diagnosis and repairs flow through. The mechanical staff seems very educated and well experienced :) We will be back for our other vehicle repairs down the road.

With Tesla Service Centers having such long wait times, I decided to give McNeil’s a try.
The entire staff were very nice and very professional. The shop is clean and you get the feel they really do care about doing quality work.
So glad we gave them a try; very happy with the outcome!
Faster, cheaper, and so much easier to work with compared to the Tesla service centers.
Do yourself a favor and start taking your car to McNeils!
