I went to an auto shop near my home in which I’ve been to before to get my brakes checked. After getting the information that the mechanic needed to take my car on the test drive to check my suspension I was then told my brakes were fine. once I begin going home, my car dash lights started coming on which included the ABS ,airbag, tire pressure light and also my steering wheel began tightening up and my gas gauge begin shifting from empty to full in a matter of seconds. I immediately called back and the owner gave me a dismissive attitude about what I explained to him. I immediately turned around and headed back to the auto shop and when I spoke to the owner and I told him that I didn’t have this problem before coming to the shop, he did not want to listen. Instead, he diagnosed the car with something that was never an issue and stated that the problem for all of this is because the ABS light was on. When I tried to bring an understanding of the main issue being that all I wanted was my brakes checked and I’m leaving with multiple issues. He stated that he will find a parts needed to repair these new issues and he will call me back within an hour. once the hour came, I called up to three times and did not get an answer, but once my friend called from her phone her answered immediately, but once he realized who was calling, he once again got an attitude so I decided to go to the shop once again. I was there for 10 to 15 minutes and I was not acknowledged so I decided to walk into the shop and I requested to speak to the mechanic instead and he told me that the mechanic does not speak English. I asked him what can I do about this new issue he stated “ma’am I told you that the ABS light is the problem” and after a lot of back-and-forth I became highly frustrated based on the fact that I was not being listened to. I will be taking my car to the dealership to for a second opinion, and if I find out anything happened within the 10 minutes, my car was on a test drive I will be contacting my lawyer. To the owner words of advice if you treat people well they will come back to do business with you regardless, but if you try to do dirty work things would not work in your favor. This is my only means to get to work and support my family it’s sad people would treat others like this.

I was leaving MKT when I noticed I had a flat so I found the closest auto repair shop hoping they could fix my tire. At first the place seemed a little sketchy, it clearly used to be a Meineke Car Care and the new owner has done the bare minimum to change the look of it. Despite this I must say I had a great experience here. They discovered I had a nail in the top tread of my tire and were able to patch it in 20 minutes for $20. I was very happy with their speed and service fixing my flat. I would come here again.

I have come here twice and each time has been amazing! As a woman going to a mechanic, I was scared that I would get scammed or overcharged but every time I came here, the mechanic would actually show me on the car the issues or lack thereof. Each time I went I felt very safe and the service was very fast (almost immediate). They also did a diagnostic and checked out my car for no charge even after I insisted. Will be coming again for any future car issues!

Very quick and easy in and out for the inspection. The gentleman at the front was kind and polite. He also suggested getting the registration sticker at the Kroger across the street, which was new to me. All in all took 15 minutes to do!

I had a very amazing experience here at Me car care. The customer support was out of the roof. My car had just got broken into and I had it towed here. The owner personally took care of me, and made sure all of my needs were taken care of. When I try to pay him extra for staying an hour after close, he denied it and charge me a fair simple rate as if the problem took only 15mins, which it had definitely not. would definitely recommend the shop.

Go someplace else, please!!! The owner of the location is a smooth talker. He doesn’t use the correct parts. He missed diagnosed my car few times, and charged me. He worked on my car and I brought it back. He said, if the car mess up again do not bring it back. I asked if he uses OEM parts. He replied there’s no such thing as an OEM co that they only print a part number on parts and call it OEM because he worked at company before so be aware your car may not function properly. The owner is dishonest, he looks you directly in your face and lies. He is a smooth talker. He is greedy and a thief. He sounds good in explaining what the car needs are and his workers are inexperienced they guess at their work. He charged me to look at my car throughly and when he was at fault he did not admit it. He takes advantage of whom he likes. My car part failed. I took my car several different mechanics and each one pointed out the problem immediately and said someone put junk part on and the part failed. This man plays crazy and said they don’t put used part on cars. When it’s visible that the part was from a junkyard. He lied & made up paper work and I called the main office to the auto part and there was no record found. The part on my car was dirty and had blue writing on it. He denied that it even happened. He works on a street that has nothing but junkyards. I paid him $1600 dollars. I contacted BBB which he is not AAA credited co and he never responded. He stoled hundreds of dollars and I am on a fixed income. He is in the community and he is a threat to the community & consumers. He didn’t apologize and he didn’t do anything about the issue. Please don’t ignore this. The reviews that are listed are probably fake. He talks real good but he is a thief and runs a dishonest business. If I were you I wouldn’t take my car there. This is not good service, customer service, competent, professional, and honest service. Take your car some place where honest. Karma knows what he has done!
