I have owned two Saabs a 89' and a 95' when I lived in MA it was the only shop I would take them to and now that I live in Florida it is the only place I can find the parts I need for my 95' and have them shipped down to me. My ex-wife also had a 2005 and my father is purchasing a 2002. I felt confident in these people and others I know buying Saabs, because Chuck and the rest of the guys at Mecca have always done such a great job in all aspects of service and repair on my vehicles. Chuck and his guys are awesome! Thet took care of my dad's Saabs for many years, and were kind enough to squeeze me in while I was visiting Boston with his 20-year-old 9-5 wagon. Not the easiest shop to find, but neither are diamonds! 😊

Great all around mechanics. I've had water pump, timing belt, brakes, etc. done at Mecca motors. They are super nice, quick and more affordable than the dealerships. Definitely call them if your car needs servicing/repairs.

I brought my 2006 Landrover lr3 to Mecca Motors with multiple electrical issues going on. I'd never been there before. They were very professional courteous and friendly. They fixed my problems in a Flash. Their prices are super reasonable. I highly recommend bringing your mechanical issues to Mecca Motors as I will continue in the future.

Mecca Motors is the ONLY place to bring your Saab. Chuck is trustworthy, reliable and always tries to find the easier solution first. He has tackled some tough Saab problems and keeps both of our cars running in top form. I would highly recommend them!!

I took my car for AC gas, when I came back he said I filled the gas completely but there is a problem with the AC starting that needs to be fixed, I came back the next day for the repair and was surprised that the car had no Ac gas, I asked him why ? and he said there is a small leak in AC gas , I told him why did you fill it ? there is a leak and your compressor gave you a leak and you took 170 $ !!he said the leak is weak and if i fix the problem I will take the cost from you plus 170 $ to fill the AC gas again, I told him you don't have the right to take the price of gas twice it is not fair, he told me this is how we work. Go to another repair shop.

I love this place! They are very straightforward and honest, and I've never had a problem there. Everything is fixed right the first time, no pressure to do things that don't have to be done right away, and no job is too big or too small. Last year, I went in for what seemed like significant engine problems on my 09 Audi A5. I dreaded having it looked at...when they called me with their assessment, I was pleasantly surprised. I asked them to proceed with the work, and it was ready the next day. The engine was running so smoothly and it drove like a dream. In a few months, when I needed new brakes, guess where I went...Mecca...ready in a few hours and no issues or inflated price. Exactly what was quoted. They had some recommendations, but explained that nothing was imminent and I could take my time scheduling. Just went in the other day for an oil change and no issues. Car still runs like a dream.

Without a doubt, Mecca Motors is a true family-run, father-son Business that maintains honesty, integrity, value and professionalism beyond what one could hope for in a trusted mechanic. My father, brother and I have trusted Mecca for well over a decade, dating back to their previous location. We bring ALL of our cars to Mecca, but they’re especially talented in European cars including our finicky Saab 9-3’s and 9-5’s as well as infinity’s and Mercedes, respectively. No job is too big nor too small for Chuck, Anthony & team. They offer a completely no-pressure transaction every time and always stand by their work. They’ll never push you to do anything and always give you an in-depth analysis and recommendation of repairs that you can ultimately decide on at your own discretion. If it doesn’t work the first time (very unlikely) they won’t turn their backs on you and will work tirelessly to get you parts that can be hard to come by. Don’t think twice, call them up and schedule an appointment today. I promise you the other guys are easily double the price and put half the love into your car like Mecca does. You’re in great hands! Mecca Motors is amazing. I daily a 2008 Saab which isn’t the most practical choice, and I emailed recently with some concerning issues. What another shop said would take several days to fix depending on availability of parts Anthony and Chuck were able to resolve in just a day. If you live in the Boston area and drive a Saab, I don’t know why you’d take your car anywhere but here.

I was lucky enough to find Mecca Motors by chance. I own a 2005 Saab 93 Linear convertible and am obsessed with Saabs. I had always wanted one having fallen in love with my friend's in 1993. I found a great one, with one owner, and it has just been amazing. But, after two years of general maintenance, I needed to find a mechanic shop that really are Saab experts to ensure that I do all that I can to keep it in the best condition. From my first point of contact with both Anthony and Chuck, I knew that I had hit gold. Their communication is excellent, and they truly explain exactly what if any issues and different options, go out of their way to do what they can to accommodate, are so fair in price - I checked with other "Saab specialists (not many left) and Mecca is hones - they do not gauge. They are honest and also share their knowledgable. I will now not bring my Saab anywhere else. If you have a Saab, and are lucky enough to work with Mecca Motors, you hit gold. Firstly, they have moved to 112 Waverly St. in Brighton, MA. I have been a very satisfied customer for over 30 years with my succession of six often needy SAABs. He, his son, and Al are patient beyond reason with all questions. Since the demise of SAAB production, they will gladly and expertly service any car. You can absolutely trust the whole team to give you the best advice and options on your repair.
