Job= Replace A/C Compressor: I received a quote from Pep-Boys, close to $1,700.00. It was explained, the labor costs were very high due to the parts placed on top of the compressor. Buick LaCrosse. I felt a mobile mechanic may be the better route. I blindly started a Google search calling the first listed, with "5 star reviews." There was Ivan! Ivan came to my home and gave a detailed examination. Ivan was very calm and professional. Very important, as I have NO IDEA about the mechanics of an automobile or costs involved. Ivan took the initiative to release a little Freon (was too much) and added a little coolant. His consultation fee remained the same! My tip, did not! :)) Ivan explained his review and findings, in detail. Also explained what he may be able to do, to save money on the repair. How refreshing, is that ???! Ivan took a look at my Pep-Boys estimate and advised, a system flush was not included in their estimate. I felt, complete trust, based on Ivan's personality and passion. Ivan called me the next day with an estimate, close to 45% less! Hired! I took care of Ivan with a cooler full of water, coca cola and a pizza for lunch. The least I could do based on the savings, Ivan passed along to me. As well, I gave Ivan a $150.00 tip... I shared the savings and was very happy to do that :) I had nice conversation with Ivan as well. I have also shared my experience on Facebook... My friends were very pleased!! One gentleman, has already called Ivan. A/C is blowing ICE COLD!! I Highly recommend Ivan, as he is a rare find. An honest, hard working man. Glad to have found my go-to mechanic!

Ivan is great! Not sure what the negative reviews are about. Have been using him for years! Always top notch and honest work. Convenient too. He's professional and does great work. Doesn't try to break things so he can charge you for them like so many places, no snake in the grass here which is peace of mind really. I would recommend Ivan 100%. Give him a chance !

I was a client of Ivan for close to 7 years. In that entire time I never nickel and dimed him on any repair he ever quoted me. His tenure as my mechanic has been less than stellar. He did substandard work on my car on several occasions. In the past he insisted that he did a tune-up on my car only to find out from another mechanic that it never occurred which was causing the most recent problems with my car. On another occasion he installed an after market radio that died out after a year. When I called him about it, he just ignored my phone calls. There’s no excuse for this. He replaced the motor for my drivers side window which is still not working properly till this day. When he informed me about his new policy about charging a visiting fee, he took an attitude about it and I never screwed him out of one red cent. Mobile Mechanics are more plentiful nowadays and Ivan is someone I would definitely avoid.

What I can say?! I have been saved by Ivan so many times due to buying a very inexpensive car with quite a lot of issues, but that has never stopped Ivan. I have had Ivan come to my home in the late night hours, early morning, at work or at minutes notice to bail me out due to car troubles. His prices are incredibly affordable! The best of all he is that elusive "honest mechanic" we all look for! 5 out of 5 stars!

Incredible! Ivan is by far the best mechanic I have ever seen! He is able to diagnose issues with your car accurately and fast. His prices are fair and reasonable. His ability to work within your timeframe is greatly appreciated as other shops close to early and force you to leave work and lose time. The best part is he comes to you which is extremely convenient. Ivan came out and replaced the upper and lower control arms on my Toyota Tacoma. As well as the inner and outer tie rods. Was very professional, punctual, and responsive. He is obviously educated and didn’t try to over charge me on parts or sell me parts I didn’t need. I know these sound like basic things when calling mechanics, but if you’ve used some of the “professional” mechanics around South Florida, you know what I’m talking about. I would highly recommend.
