hes very fast, and definitely willing to explain anything you need to know. he even double checked around the area to make sure everything was good. he also made sure the part we needed was correct, which was awesome cause others thought it was a wheel bearing but turns out its the axle, so no one wasted money for parts! would highly recommend this guy. also takes cashapp!

Very polite and quick service. The "on wheels" part is very convenient for me and I love that. Being a girl, it's easy to be cheated with mechanics and he didn't try to scam me. After he finally made it here to do my brakes. He changed them for me and got the money and literally ran out of here before I had a chance to test them. They are worse now than they were before he changed them, my vehicle is literally undrivable. He said he would come back and check them but that has been going on 2 weeks ago.

Please" DONT USE" A True Ripp OFF!! I hired to tap a bolt and it took from Friday to Monday to tap the bolt and it still leaks where it's stripped now and wanting to blame my family for breaking drill bit off in bolt but yet Darrell took the job cause I wanted a professional to tapp the bolt and it's stripped now where obviously he didn't know how to do and now won't back his work. Having to call police today and file civil suit. It's a shame to do people this way to just mess their vehicles up and not stand by. So please stop and listen to my post before you call this Darrell .

Excellent experience! We were in Kingsport on Sunday from Asheville for my son's travel baseball tournament. Without any warning my alternator went out. I called Darrell and he answered, on a Sunday, and in no time picked up a new alternator and was at the ballfield ready to work. He was completely finished in about an hour. Fast, professional, knowledgeable, and very nice. Pricing was even better than fair.
