Good service, horrible people. Man and woman at the front desk were talking down on a Hispanic man that works in the shop. Called him a “moyo” which is a derogatory term in Spanish and proceeded to talk about how he couldn’t speak English properly. Instead of trying to help a non native English speaker get better, they tear him down all while he’s trying to learn the language. Won’t be going back to this shop. Do better Meineke.

My car was stolen and recovered. It was returned with a punched front panel, wheels were damaged, a shredded tire and much more. I had no idea where to start. My insurance agent referred me to this store. Emily helped me with towing the vehicle from the Aurora impound without the promise that I would use her shop. She was so awesome and I appreciated her customer service. I felt very confident that I could work with her to get my electrical work completed. My insurance company proved to be another challenge. Emily kept in constant communication with me and the company. She and her tech person fought to have the work covered by challenging quotes and double checking the insurance paperwork. When the insurance company refused to pay for all four tires (two were damaged and it the car is an all wheel drive) Emily pulled out the owners Manuel, cited the page number and quoted saying all four tires needed to be replaced. I got the tires. They did everything I asked for with patience and kindness. I highly recommend this store!

My experience for an oil change was great! I used a coupon and there were no added fees. The service was done quickly and they did make suggestions for extra services, but no high pressure for up sales, which I loved! I will definitely go back!!

Repairs that did not fix the original issue and created new ones, requiring multiple return visits. I went to this Meineke shop located on 18771 E Hampden Ave, Aurora, CO 80013 to fix a turned signal problem and realized a day later the entire back light of my chevy corvette was out as well. My car is undrivable now due to the entire lighting system at the back going out. Not sure what they did for me to have paid them $600. Now I have a bigger problem on my hand. Very dissatisfied with their services!!

I brought my car in to see if he could look at it because the engine light came on . Well he did a diagnostic testing And there was nothing wrong. Which is a blessing . Did an oil change. I truly like the crew on Hampden. We have been coming to this Meineke for a while now . They are a great crew!

So far, went to get estimate for what I need to repair my exhaust system. That went well. I tried calling both phone numbers I have for this office on 12/31/25 just to ask a question about the appointment I had booked for the repairs. There was NO answer any of the 5 times I called. Your website wasn't updated because it showed this office SHOULD have been opened at the time. I then drove to the office and it was closed and had the holiday hours posted on the front door. It would be nice if the website had shown the same so I wouldn't have wasted a trip driving there just to see that they were closed. ): I won't know how good the actual service is 'til after my appointment, and may not be able to "re-evaluate" after the fact, so I can't tell you what the final outcome of service was.

These guys are kind of decent at oil changes. They take too long (even with an appointment) but they can usually perform the service with minimum confusion. That is the ONLY reason I would ever consider letting them touch my car. I let them do my brakes/rotors and had to return the next day to have the skid plate reattached since it was dragging on the ground. They were supposed to send me a quote to replace the radiator shutter on my 2018 Nissan rogue, I use for work, at the same time they were doing the brakes. I didn’t get the quote until my return visit when I had to ask a second time for it to be sent. So, I got quoted $850 in parts, with a 5 day lead time… I can get the same part from Amazon for $78 ($29 more if I need the motor/actuator, but they didn’t mention a new actuator, in the quote) next day. Pics below: Most reputable places mark up parts about 50-100%. These clowns, that won’t even finish the job the first time, are charging 10X’s the cost on this part, alone. I promise you can find a better place to have your vehicle serviced with a mile of this location.

I could not be happier with the services I received from Meineke in Aurora. I have genuinely been traumatized by mechanics in the past, but their integrity and kindness has made me a loyal customer, after only a single visit. They do the work right, and they’re transparent and honest about everything. Their service platform makes it incredibly easy to understand what work needs to be done and why, and even breaks down the cost by parts and labor. They give you complete autonomy to approve and deny their recommendations with zero pressure or guilt. This shop made me feel safe and cared for. They made me feel like they have my back. In this world, that’s a priceless commodity.

Meineke's excellence in service is the best! Emily and team always go above and beyond to ensure my F150 is in great shape! Diagnostics during my oil change service exposed a battery issue (would not hold a charge). As it was under warranty, it was replaced at no charge (also likely getting ahead of a problem I would have later encountered). I highly recommend Meineke!

I brought my car in because my engine was stalling. They said they were fixing the issue when I authorized the service. When I picked my car up it stalled twice in the parking lot. They did not notify me that they failed to troubleshoot and identify the issue until after I had paid and returned with the broken car 5 minutes after leaving. I spent $2,000 and have spent my budget to fix the car

Great experience here. Will worked on my Audi and actually figured out issues that other shops couldn’t. He took his time, kept me updated, and was super cool throughout the whole process. He also did a full inspection and gave me honest notes on what was good and what needed attention. Really solid, trustworthy people here. I’d definitely recommend this shop.
