Scott was awesome while waiting for an oil change and when it was done he showed me the new digital inspection of the car. Awesomeness with pictures of what’s wrong so you can see it and just not try to visualize. The inspection showed how dirty certain fluids were in my car vs what it should look like. That digital inspection addition is just a giant step in what makes them so awesome. Great place and very knowledgeable. I found my new go to car service center

They were told that their computer that they had to upcharge for my very conventional oil filter. All the oil changes that I have done or had done I have never had to pay extra for an oil filter. They were friendly and professional but I can't get past the $8.24 up charge for the oil filter. My prepaid Groupon for the oil change and tire rotation cost me an additional $24.78.

These guys were great. Friendly, and got me a new catalytic converter at a lot cheaper cost than if I went to my dealer! Saved me money, Shawn at the counter will help you out. And all the mechanics are good guys. Just all good decent hardworking Americans who make the world go around. As good as it gets !

I always feel welcomed by the staff here. Each mechanic makes sure to explain what they are doing and why. I really appreciate the digital car inspection reports where they take photos to show you what the mechanics are seeing. It’s affordable and great if you are a first time car owner. This is definitely going to be my go to place!

Brought my brand new truck here for the state inspection, the process was easy, the gentleman at the front desk was nice, the price was fair, it could have been a good experience. BUT when I picked up the car I can see grease and oil all over my steering wheel and driver side door handle, also pen ink and a scratch. I wiped most of the grease with wet wipe but the ink and scratch stays. I always respect mechanics but I’m VERY DISAPPOINTED about what happened at this shop. Washing your hands and treating customers’ cars with care is the least you should do but you have failed. I wish I never give this shop the opportunity to ruin my new truck.

I was in an out pretty quickly and the cars alignment was done perfectly. The gentleman as the desk was very personable and well versed in his trade. While i was there he helped a person who had some intermittent problems with his power steering. He was able to help troubleshoot the mans issue and get him setup with an appointment to get the problem taken care of quickly.

A little disappointed this time. Always have had a great experience. New team at the Merrimack store now. Had a flat tire that needed to be replaced. Drove it in with spare on. When I picked up my car today, the spare had been thrown in the back of the car and not remounted. Maybe I needed to ask them to do that but I didn't think of it. Would have thought that common courtesy would have just done it. Also front driver seat had been adjusted (not that big of a deal) as well as the steering wheel and neither returned to the original position. Again, not a big deal, just annoying. Dirty black fingerprints left as well. It's the little things that count which in the past, were always taken care of.

Had my vehicle for approximately 7 weeks total.. went back 3 times to get things fixed. Management is polite. I spent approximately 1500 in rentals waiting for my vehicle to be fixed. Lost 2 days of work because it broke down on the way to work and used up both of my free AAA Tows to bring it to their shop. The shop in Merrimack NH

I visited here with a coupon for engine oil replacement, but the front desk man rejected the coupon since my car needed about 1 qt more oil than the coupon included. The front desk person promised me to lower the bill but he overcharged me at the end. I never had this issue with other Meineke, but only this location. On top of it, I only came there for oil change but all of sudden, they checked up my 2 yr old car everywhere and recommended me to replace tons of different parts and two filters were only sit in my car less than 2 month. And thus, other Meineke site gave me full detailed reports with pictures but this place only provided short report and no proverpriced. My guess why I got horrible service and overpriced because I declined their tons of suggestions (including my 2 month old Air filters) which does not make sense to replace. I can't trust this place anymore and be careful with their bills. Full of frauds and overprices. Please be careful with this place.

They scam you for money. I got quoted 1600 for all the work I needed. Then they sent an estimate for 3700.00 same work.told me I couldn't drive off the lot unless I agreed to pay 1670.00

This is my second time and I cannot tell you how wonderful the experience is. The man at the front desk I believe his name is Andrew is by far one of the most helpful people out there. His cordial, polite, and very fair to his customers. I walked in after being very flustered after being at Midas in Amherst Street in Nashua, New Hampshire. He totally understood what I went through and went out of his way to make my experience so much better. I will forever go to them and take my business to them.

Terrible experience, now seeking legal counsel. This shop worked on my pickup truck for a period of about 4-5 months, and they were never able to fully solve the problem. I brought it in due to engine light and misfiring. They did about $3500 worth of work, everything from new plugs and wires to a whole new catalytic, over those 4-5 months, and it still never solved the misfiring. I kept taking it back for the same issue trying to get them to finish it and I finally realized they were never going to fix it. I took it to another shop locally and they fixed it completely within a week. When I approached the shop for a refund, they were rude and took no responsibility, even blamed me for taking to another shop and said they owed me nothing. Now I am seeking legal support in attempt to recover some of the wasted money. They had a lot of turnover in management and techs, but they should still stand behind their work. Extremely disappointing how poorly I was treated and how terrible the experience was.
