I been coming here for 7 years now. Gotten my thermostat changed, complete fluid flush, wheel alignment, full synthetic oil change, & many other maintenance for my daily car. Luis is a great mechanic, very helpful, &professional. This location is always busy with the flow of cars it handles, so being patient while your car is getting serviced is always better than trying to make them rush the work. The prices are reasonable, the timing of service is good, & they really do look after your car.

I order two new tires, which were installed. It took them 1 hour to put them on. I was wondering why in the heck my car was still wobbling after new tires have been installed. I checked my tires and noticed that the weights on my rims are gone. They didn’t even informed me regarding this. Nor did I ever authorize for them to take the weights off my rims. Now I have to pay more money to get my tires balanced. This is for my BMW 328i. I would leave them NO STARS! 😔 so disappointed. I also called and no answer couldn’t leave a voicemail.🤬

This experience was ridiculous! I had an 11 o’clock appointment and I showed up about 10 minutes early. They pulled my car in and had my brand new tires mounted within 35 minutes. One of the best tire experiences I’ve ever had in my life.

UPDATE: Came back for a brake check, and was awesome as usual. But make sure you ask for your tire rotation when getting your oil change. It's suppose to be included that didn't happen. So they wanted to charge me $25... Gabby was the one at the front desk she was an ease to talk to. Friendly and professional, decent price my oil change was quick. BUT the time it took to get it to the bay was long. I rate it 5 because a synthetic blend oil change for the price of conventional is a good deal. If my review stays the same (I didn't blow up)I will be back.

I had my tires installed here. They were the most reasonable price from all the others. I also learned their oil change prices are great too, for a Mercedes SUV ML350 including everything (filter and so on) is $85. I have 3 Mercedes I'll be taking to them. They have great customer service I found them to be personable and very friendly. You can't go wrong with them.
