I found this shop out of desperation after a bad experience at a shop that is more local to me. I have a Fiat and it is a little more difficult to find a shop that provides service and has parts. I was very happy with the work Mekanics Plus did on my Fiat. They had parts either readily available or ordered and the parts arrived quickly. They fixed the initial issue, but also found problems while they had the car semi-taken-apart. The problems they found were issues that showed up in an inspection report I had done several months earlier at a different shop, so I know these were legitimate issues. They were able to fix these in a very timely manner (one of the issues was one that I attempted to have fixed at a different shop several months ago and this other shop still says they can't get the part they supposedly ordered..I gave up even though I had already paid them for the part!). Well, Mekanics Plus had the part and fixed the problem very quickly. I bought this car used several months ago and I knew it was at an age when original parts start wearing out, but it was a great price and was a rarity being a manual transmission (which I really wanted!). So I expected some shop-time at some point. I'm glad I found Mekanics Plus, because it can be scary navigating the hundreds of mechanic shops out there! And now the car runs great! And last but not not least, Hector and the rest of the staff are always great to work with and have customer service skills that I wish I had at my own job, lol... I highly recommend them!
