Went to Men’s Warehouse Poughkeepsie for my groomsmen and I to get fitted and suits rented for my wedding, not knowing a thing about the process. Soon as we walked in, Mike was quick to introduce himself and take us under his wing. I showed him my unique idea of what we wanted to wear and even though it was very different from the norm, Mike made it happen with ease. Process was smooth and stress free from getting our measurements to trying on our suits, making adjustments to make sure we were all 100% satisfied and comfortable. Pat was also a great help with the process working together with Mike to make sure the process was efficient and per our requests. 10/10 recommend!

Your employee Will at your Poughkeepsie location is absolutely amazing! He took care of our wedding needs, and we purchased some other things while we were there. The store is short staffed and you would never know it with this employee he helped at least 5 customers at once all while processing the returns. He absolutely deserves recognition and a raise!

We cannot express enough how thankful we are to Men's Wearhouse, specifically Mike, for helping us out. We came in the week of our wedding after my husband's suit from another company was not tailored to him properly after not one, not two, but three alteration sessions. Mike took us in immediately and made us feel comfortable ensuring us we would find a suit that fit perfectly. He walked us through different suit options, gave his advice and the honest truth about what worked well for my husbands body type. We were able to rush alterations and had his suit back within 4 days, letting us relax about the suit prior to the wedding. The entire time Mike was humorous and down to earth as well which is exactly what we needed in a stressful time. I am so thankful to have pictures to look back on our big day with a suit that fits perfectly, and makes my husband feel and look confident in. Thank you so much Mike for everything!!

Customer service was exquisite. Mike was absolutely phenomenal and you could tell he loves what he does. When I say people‘s person, he is on it. As mobile notaries in the Hudson Valley area, we have to make sure we look very professional since we are in the legal service world and deal with real estate closings, estate documents, fingerprinting, certified translations and more.
We ( my boyfriend and I) went in there just to look. Since he’s 6’1 we were tired of over seas quality of clothes and not fitting him right. What we didn’t expect was we ended up leaving with a good amount of suits without killing our pockets. There is definitely a quality difference from when you order from Amazon and get their thin clothes thinking everyone lives in Florida, unlike when you go to Men’s Wearhouse, their quality of clothes just really emphasizes how sharp you look (nor do you have to freeze in the winter)!
All I know as a woman and both of us a business professionals I’m going to continue to bring my man here because his confidence when he walks out is unmatched.

I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent visits to your store, where I purchased a suit and shirt for an upcoming wedding.
My first two visits were excellent — your staff was friendly, engaging, and helpful in guiding me through the selection process. I appreciated the time taken to help me pick out the right suit and the suggestion to return for tailoring. On my second visit, the tailor was knowledgeable and attentive, and the fitting process was smooth and professional.
However, when I returned to pick up my suit after being contacted, the experience felt noticeably different. The person at the front desk seemed disengaged, and after checking with me twice, they initially couldn’t locate my suit. Once it was found, it was left in the dressing room without further assistance. I tried it on and brought it to the counter, expecting the usual final touches — such as pressing the suit and shirt — which had been standard in previous visits. Instead, I was handed the garments as-is and charged an additional $3.00 for a garment bag.
Given the amount I spent on the suit, shirt, and shoes, I was surprised that a garment bag wasn’t included as part of the overall service. It’s a small detail, but one that makes a big difference in how the customer experience feels — especially when everything else had gone so well.
I’m sharing this not as a complaint, but as constructive feedback. I truly value the quality of your products and the professionalism I experienced earlier in the process. I hope this helps highlight an opportunity to ensure consistency in service from start to finish.
